I’ve been using Ronnie Jones AC & Heating for several years now and wouldn’t use anyone else. They communicate well and arrive on time. These guys are seasoned professionals as well as being quick and fairly priced. Five stars plus!

Ronnie Jones AC & Heating company is the BEST! We were to close escrow in just a few days when someone vandalized the AC Unit. This was devastating and Ronnie Jones came to the rescue! He made a special trip out the next day to see what needed to be repaired (Saturday) and on Monday, he and Jana fit us into their busy schedule to make repairs. Quick, knowledgeable, and efficient! Ronnie Jones AC & Heat came to our home for the first time and fixed our heater, and all we can say is Wow he was amazing to say the least. So fair so professional. All I can say we would not use ANY OTHER THEN HIM

After a full month with no air I am very grateful for ronnie Jones coming out and explaining my problem and showing me what the issues were. He actually came into my home and attic. He was quite knowledge and experienced. I would recommend him to my family and friends. FAST AND THROUGH.

The guy that came out my son told me was rude when he was trying to explain to him what the issue was. Then my brother said he was rude to him when he was explaining to him the issue as well. I was not there when the tech arrived otherwise he would have been kicked out of my house and you would have received a phone call. Overall maybe talk to your techs and let them know that customer service is a must have otherwise maybe working with people isn’t really his thing.

Ronnie was extremely nice explained what he was doing and what was wrong with my a/c all around good experience would recommend him to others and go through his company again if I ever come across another issue
