Ronnie Jones was great! He was professional and polite and got our air up and running wonderfully! We did have to wait a week for the appointment, which was miserable in this 100+ degree weather, but it’s that time of year and I’m sure everyone was having AC trouble. Overall great experience! Austin and Steve arrived on time and did a great job performing maintenance on my HVAC system. They did an excellent job cleaning out and around the outside condenser unit and letting me know how the furnace unit in the attic was functioning. I mentioned to Austin that I didn't like that the original HVAC installer (not Ronnie Jones AC) installed the attic access opening facing the wall making it very awkward for me to change out the filters. Austin switched the opening so that I can more easily change the filters. Great customer service! Would highly recommend Ronnie Jones AC & Heating.

Ronnie was so awesome. He came and did the job efficiently and quickly. He was ready for what’s was gonna happen with the AC units he had Freon on hand along with his tools in order for him to do the job. He also taught us how to take care of our unit so I thought that was awesome. Thanks Ronnie!!!

Ronnie's son showed up on time and as promised. Took time to figure out what was going on with my old furnace and fixed it right away. I was happy that I didn't need to replace any parts, but just a minor cleaning of one of the parts that senses the gas flame. Was a very minor expense but I was so happy to have it done. Will definitely call them again if I need any more service on the furnace.
