Omni Heating and Air

I used Omni Heating and Air to install a new A/C system in my house and I highly recommend them if your looking to do the same. Richard came out the same day I called and quoted me, the process was simple and free of useless salesmanship and upselling. After meeting with 2 other companies, it became obvious Omni was the best choice when it came to price, service and product. Richard was helpful and patient in answering all questions my wife and I had. The A/C system was installed two days after finalizing all details. We are happy and satisfied with our new A/C system.

Our AC compressor went out on the hottest day of the year around 7pm on a Saturday night on LaborDay weekend. We called several places and was able to get a next day appointment with Omni for the following afternoon. On Sunday morning around 9am, Richard showed up at our house and had our system back up and running in about 15 minutes. He said he was in the neighborhood and had time to take care of us. He was quick, knowledgeable, and professional and we would definitely use them again!

My air conditioner stopped working during the heat wave (heat in excess of 102F) on a 3-day holiday weekend and my house was very hot. After calling other companies with no success, I called Omni around 1:30 pm on Sunday. Not only were they working that day, but a technician (Richard, I think) arrived at my house around 2:30 (his 10th call for the day and he had 5 more, he said), repaired my air conditioner, and left around 3:10. He was great--very friendly and knowledgeable--and I was thrilled!!

I contacted Omni heating and air after the excellent job they did at my daughter's new house. Our technician Richard has been amazing throughout the entire process! My unit is due to be installed this evening and Richard went above and beyond to help make it happen. Just a super nice guy, genuine and honest and knows what he's talking about! I'm really happy that we went with Omni. I highly recommend them! They really care about their customers! Richard is a gem!!!
I wanted to update this review because I wrote it prior to the installation. The technicians that installed my unit were so nice. It was over 100' that day and they took it in stride. Two years later, my unit works perfectly and I have been saving money on my electric bills as it is more efficient. We have had no issues with it at all. I will continue to recommend Omni heating and air to everyone I know!

Seriously above and beyond, Saturday afternoon needed a whole new AC unit to replace a 40 year old system the day before my daughter's birthday party. They went above and beyond to get the new unit needed for my special circumstance and I had AC at 9pm on the same day. The 5 other places I called said I had to wait until Monday but not these titans of industry. Thank you so much.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism from the time I called to make the appointment with Stephenie to the time that Anthony the technician arrived on time, the same day within hours. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even provided some helpful preventive maintenance and tips to keep my air conditioner unit in working in tip and shape.
I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help 🙂 with AC/HEATING.

Here’s our story:
Our A/C unites, we have two of them stopped working a few days ago.
We called this AM and OMNI had an opening and we took it.
Richard, their technician came out and went to work right away. He took his time to explain everything before, during and after he did diagnostics.

We are small business owners as well. OMNI is fortunate to have someone like Richard on their team. He is a professional - courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. AND he took the time needed to let us, the home owners, understand what is happening with our A/C.

Richard came and was very professional AND nice. He told me exactly what the issue was with our AC. He fixed the problem in less than an hour; honored my coupon and was on his way. Great technician. Also, Haley has exceptional customer service. She was extremely nice on the phone and called when the Richard was going to be delayed. Awesome customer service and reasonably priced. Will definitely call them and refer them to others.

Great Service! Our Tec Anthony was very informative and very proficient as to why our A/C unit was acting up. And it was fixed in no time with a reasonable price. I highly recommend Omni Heating and Air. We will also be using their yearly service they provide for both our A/C unit and heater.

My AC died and Omni was able to come out the next day. The technician Mateo had it up and running in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable, quick and very courteous. I also thought that Omni was reasonably priced. I'll definitely be calling on them again in the future.
