I called late on a Saturday, and Omni had someone there early Sunday. Quick service for a summer weekend in my experience. It wasn't a huge issue, but Richard had is sorted out and our AC blasting cool air in moments. Absolutely worth calling them.

We called on a Sunday night after our air conditioner stopped working midday. It was at least 90* in my house and I was so thankful when Omni air has us up and running after 2 hours from call to repair! Thank you! Albert and Amber Ellis

My a/c went out over a 3 day weekend, after a power outage, and if was 84F in my house all night! I found Omni online. They took a $99 fee right away to send someone out. They said he would be there between 2pm-4pm. The lady gave me a courtesy call to let me know that Richard, our technician, was on his way and would be there withing 45 minutes. He was there in about 30 minutes. It took him very little time to assess the damage. The part was a little pricey at $819 and the $99 fee for coming out was not applied, but they were the only a/c company that I could find who worked 24/7! I asked about a coupon and Richard told me that there was one online for $75 off. He made sure that it was applied to my bill. He was scheduled to be out between 2pm-4pm and he ended up being finished with the job by 1:30pm! Richard was very friendly, as were the office ladies. My air is working wonderfully! It was money well spent! Thank you richard and Onmi:)

Noah helped us and he was extremely courteous and professional. My wife was pregnant and almost due to give birth when our air conditioning went out, so the owner, Richard, personally came out and helped fix our air conditioning before the baby was born. Now we have a new baby and our air conditioning is completely fixed. Don’t waste time with other companies because these guys are the best.

I called when our air went out and Robert was out within an hour! Robert was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had our air up and running. So thankful because we have a 2 and 4 year old who could not be in a hot house. I highly recommend this company 😁

I highly reccomend Omni Heating and Air-they are awesome. The customer service rep was super friendly and helpful. We made the call on a Saturday at about 2:00 and she was able to get a technician to our house by 5:00. Robert was very professional and patient. He explained the problem gave us options and was able to get the unit working! Thank you guys for the great service!!!

The technician arrive at my home within one hour of when I first called to repair my home air conditioning unit. In less than two hours the problem was fixed. Two thumbs up for great customer service, troubleshooting, communication.

This company was a lifesaver. I called on Monday after 4pm. Technician Robert was here Tuesday 9am. Offered same day service for new heating and air conditioning unit . Gave me a time frame of 3pm to 9pm.. Their installation crew was very professional and got the job done exactly in the time frame given. Also their pricing is fair and they offer discounts. Highly recommend this company

My A/C was blowing hot air. I called Omni Heating and Air. They said, they would send someone out between 8-10 pm. Stephanie called back and said, a technician would be out between 8-815 pm. Anthony Gutierrez was very professional, engaging and concerned about our comfort. He identified the issue right away and proceeded to fix the issue. Within 1 1/2 hours, the house was cold once again. I highly recommend Omni Heating and Air for quick and professional service. Thanks, Stephanie and Anthony.
