Omni Heating and Air

Called Saturday morning for a problem with our fan in the attic. We were fortunate enough to get same day service on a Saturday. The young lady who took the call was very courteous. The service man arrived during the time we were promised. Raymond was professional and pleasant. He checked the system. Told us what we needed and that he had the part in his truck. He replaced the volt adjuster and waited to be sure the air conditioner turned on and was running properly. I made sure he left a business card. We will definitely call Omni if we need their services.

I had another company come out and service my unit (which I will not name) and they came out and basically told me I needed a new heater. I decided to call out Omni heating and air because they had such good reviews to get another opinion. The technician was super nice and on time, he spent his time diagnosing my system. He found that it had a bad part, something called a vacuum switch, price was reasonable so I had him replace it and the unit has been running great ever since! I'm so happy that I decided to call them and I recommend anyone out there looking for ac or heater repair to give them a call because they will not try to take advantage of you, it's nice to know there are still honest companies out there with the customer at heart. After two days of getting the run around from Home Depot's "contractor" to come fix my A/C unit, I decided to call around different services in my area on my own. (Over 105F these days. A/C is not optional.) While several companies were all very polite, most couldn't make it out for another day or two. But Omni had someone one available that evening. Tech happened to show up a bit early. Was courteous, efficient and friendly. Showed us exactly what was wrong with the unit. Price was fair. (Cheaper than I had anticipated actually) All in all, a great experience. I absolutely recommend this company.

Service within 5 hours of my call on a hot Monday morning. Receptionist was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Repairman worked quickly and solved the air conditioner problem. Their annual maintenance program is reasonably priced and I signed up for it. I would recommend Omni.

Incredible company!! They are professional, honest and friendly. We are so thankful they were able to come out today and they fix it! It cost less than we were expecting so that was a blessing. Their AC tech, Noah, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate. There was no "guess" work. Noah is one of the reasons that we will use Omni whenever we need to and recommend them highly.

Phenomenal experience, my AC unit went down in the middle of summer and every other ac company I called told me it would be a week or two before they could get to me. Omni was there the same day and even earlier than expected. The technician was great he showed my wife all the issues very thoroughly and explained the best option for the best price. I ended up having to put a new unit in because mine was so outdated and they installed the very next day.

From start to finish a truly professional company! Called at 8pm and had someone here within 15 mins. Was told by another company that my unit couldn't be fixed and would need to spend 12k for a new one! 600 bucks, a couple parts and two hours later and we are back in business! Mateo was our tech and he was the most friendly person and walked me through all steps as he worked on it! Recommend to all and I will be using again in my commercial real estate business and already referred them to multiple people!

Oh I can not speak highly enough they were so professional and so reasonable. I can not express how appreciative we are. Thank you guys for being you. My AC went out and of course it's 100 degrees today! Found Omni on Google saw all the good reviews and took a chance calling them up. The girl that answered the phone was so nice and very professional. No regrets! Today is Sunday and it's hard to find anyone open to come out. Omni was here fast! 45 mins from the time I called to make an appt. Mateo was AWESOME! He was very professional and knowledgeable! He took his time to show my husband and I what was wrong with our AC unit. We decided to buy a whole new AC unit. Tomorrow it will be installed! I'm so happy and pleased how fast this company took care of business! Also! Mateo noticed we had 3 dogs so he went to Home Depot and got us a portable AC to help keep us cool till tomorrow. I will give an update on the installation on how everything went. So far great experience! Thank you Mateo for going out of your way for our dogs! 🐶🐶🐶

Due to the extreme heat my air conditioning stopped working and I called Omni heating and air conditioning. Thanks to their fast arrival and great work my air conditioning was fixed in no time. They have such good customer service and GREAT deals. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company to get the job done fast and equipped.
