Circular Ac

Great company these guys came out on a holiday to fix our air conditioner. Didn’t charge us any extra. I would recommend this company to anyone to who needs any ac/heating repair. Thank you guys…. You are the best.

Awesome service, professional, and on time. We had AC issues and we called Circular AC. Craig and Tyler were fantastic they installed our new updated AC unit and it has never been colder than it is now. Respectful and easy to communicate with even after business hours. These guys are great! Had them put in a new AC and furnace at my mom's house in Sun City. It's an old Del Webb home with the original AC/heating unit. Craig and his partner knew everything about these systems and got the old one out and the new system in fairly quickly. Price was great and they were very professional and friendly. They answered all our questions and made sure we knew how to work it and change the filters. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new system.

Craig and Tyler were awesome!!! We needed a thermostat replaced but our system was a little more complicated than we thought. They spent time teaching us more about our HVAC and installed the product we purchased. They are without a doubt the best guys to have helping anyone with their air conditioning unit. After comparing prices with different companies Craig had them all beat for best price. As I am never one who goes for mediocre or cheap work, I made sure Craig’s work would compare equally to other bids, and I found out that his work surpassed what others could do. Not only did he change all the ducts in the attic, but without me asking, he showed me other things that needed to be done to make the system better. He did all the work that others bid on, and more, for a better price. Aside from doing an excellent job and handling everything professionally, Craig is very nice to talk to, he is punctual, gets the work done in the promised time frame, and explains everything that he does. I am very pleased with his excellent customer service and high quality of work. I am beyond pleased! Thank you very much!!!!

Craig and Tyler installed galvanized steel round ducts and vents in the exposed ceiling in our home. An unconventional look that they understood and installed quickly with an eye towards the aesthetics. It had to look good and it looked great.
These guys are pros in every respect - they delivered what they promised for the price they quoted within the timeframe.
For peace of mind, hire them and worry about something else.

I don’t usually write review but Craig at Circular AC is amazing. He fixed what need to be fix and even teach me a little about it so I can do it by myself the next time it happen. Plus he’s really nice to talk to, extremely friendly and sincere. Will continue to call him for future services.

Craig has 30+ years in heating and cooling business. I have known him from a very young man. I can vouch for his promt, courteous, thorough service. Reasonable and fair - he's not going to push repairs that are not needed. Honest and trustworthy - you'll be 😊 happy you called him first!

I'm an old codger so I never do reviews. However Craig was so impressive I had to do one. So, I contacted Craig based on the awesome reviews here and within an hour or so he responded to me and we set an appointment. Craig his associate arrived at 9am right on the dot which is difficult since we are hard to find. Anyway, they checked and serviced the outside unit and then went into the attic for the real problem solving. Our tenant was complaining of a "suphur" smell whenever she turned on the heat. I was thinking a dead rodent but Craig and co figured it out. A bad pea trap for the condensate. Long long story short they fixed what was never correct and the problem was solved. From arrival to departure they took less than an hour with time to chat a bit. The bill was more than fair. This is a classic example of not only paying someone for their knowledge but also for their experience. For me to problem solve and then to fix it would have taken at least a day or two with untold numbers of trips to Lowes or Home Depot. I can't say enough good about Craig other than I was very impressed and grateful for their excellent service. Well done guys! and thanks again! B

Excellent diagnostic skills here, Tyler and Craig were on time, got right to the issue and it ended up being a more minor job than expected. Great service and they took the time to explain as needed. Highly recommended!
