Not Professional at all. Pricing and cost not disclosed even one asked repeatedly. Employees use profanity. very bad communication. too long to do the job. I would not hire them again.

Best A/C people hands down! I called my home warrenty on a Friday because one of my A/C's went out and I was having a party the next day. Home warrenty company said call Service Solutions...I called explained my situation and Kurtis was at my door within a couple of hours. He said he couldn't get the part until Monday or Tuesday but if he could find it somewhere else he would let me know. He called me shortly after he left and said he found one but couldn't come to fix it until later in the evening...a couple hours later we were up and running! WOW! I have used these guys once more on my other A/C unit and honestly I can't say enough nice thing about their whole company. Thanks you Service Solutions for ice cold air conditioning. I highly recommend 5 ***** service!

Did a great job in the time they said they woukd do it. Talked on the phone worked with pictures to solve the problem fast.
