Service was great. The service technician, Noah, came by on a Sunday, made a quick diagnose and had the AC fixed and running within a few hours. I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely recommmend this company to others. Thx Noah

We-Care who i had used in the past told me they could make a call out in about 6 weeks !! i had spent 14,000 with them the previous year and got that response... OMNI has won my business.

Richard came to our home the same day we called but several hours earlier cause of a cancellation. He is a courteous young man and a diligent hard worker who got us up and running after the hottest weekend of the year. I can't thank the military veteran enough, wow, what a great guy. My wife was about to leave the heat was so bad. Richard if your reading this I love man and your my new best friend. This guy knows his trade and omni is lucky to have him as an employee, we are so thankful and blessed. Richard you rock.

Great service, worked with me to make my AC repair affordable. The service call and install of my new system were done within 24hrs and their follow up was outstanding especially considering this was during a so cal heat wave. A++

Unbelievable service, a portable backup AC was even delivered at 10 PM to hold us till the ECM Blower motor arrived. I plan to be a customer for a long time. Thanks for all the help. They are on duty 24/7.

Did a good job finding the source of why my air conditioner would not work. Fixed the problem and charged me what they said from the beginning.

We were having a problem with HVAC unit. We called Hylton 72 and they immediately showed up. They sent an "estimator" out the next day and it went downhill from there. They informed us that the unit we have was "too small" and then began quote. $3,000 to fix inside sequencer with no guarantee. Or $6,000 - 10,000 to replace unit.
We called OMNI....Paul came out and repaired the problem for under $400.....no problems since then!
Highly recommend OMNI...they won't rip you off!

Omni was quick and easy to set up appointment but fixed nothing. Called Omni last night to set up appointment to service A/C. Was running the unit all day and was unable to get the house below 80 degrees. 2 rooms have low air flow out of the vent and one vent in the living room has no flow. Omni arrived and check everything out and said we were low on Freon. They did say we had a small leak and we could add 3 lbs and it should last use a few years before we need another charge or repair the leak. We added the freon, as repairing the leak would cost in the $1000.00 per Omni. After the Freon was added and paying 400.00, the house is still at 80 degrees and the unit runs none stop and no additional airflow to the rooms.

We called Omni back after the original visit fixed nothing, the tech said the duct work was inefficient and adding the Freon was not going to fix the temperature. That’s were I have my issue, since adding the Freon was not going to fix anything, I would have kept my $400.00 and apply it to the issue that will fix the issue. Maybe is was a communication issue, but feel scammed.
