Excellent service! I was able to be seen the same day I called. The technician worked quickly and efficiently. He recommended an additional part for my air conditioner, explained the benefits, but wasn’t pushy and I didn’t feel like I was trying to be upsold. I would definitely use them again!

Just had Anthony and Marcus come out to fix my upstairs a/c unit. These guys were so nice, clean, thoughtful and fixed my issue with ease. Great company and good communication with Stephanie. Would call again 💛 Thank you! (I had a different guy out a few weeks ago that had no idea what he was doing. He was a waste of time. Anthony knew the issue with in 5 minutes)

Raymond and Chris were awesome installers. My heater was almost 40 yrs old and in less than 24hrs on Christmas weekend when my heater gave up (in 27 degree outside), they came and installed a new one for me. Bless them all for the wonderful job and kindness. Richard came both days and helped me figure the financing, and was very patient with me. He even came back during installation and explained everything. This is an amazing company with true old fashion (caring) values.
As a senior and AARP member, I was given a great discount. Seniors call this excellent company. You won't be sorry. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Chris, Raymond and Richard for your kindness, explanations and patience.

The AC was not working on a rental property and I contacted American Home Shield who in turn contacted Omni Heating and Air. I received a call from Omni within 30-minutes to schedule the service call. They were flexible to come out on the day and time and worked for me.

On the day of the scheduled appointment I received a call with a more specific time for the appointment. Noah, the service tech, arrived before I did and he waited. He diagnosed the problem and had the AC working within 15-minutes.

Noah was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Omni Heating and Air, and if you can, request, Noah!

I’m so grateful to Anthony he went above and beyond to find out why our heaters not working. We have been sick because of this heater not working we just bought this new home. Thank you Anthony for being thorough respectful and educated in your job. You even thought us something about our system. We can’t thank you enough what a kind smart young man. It’s great to know that their are still young men who take their career serous. Anthony skies the limit you will reach any goals you have with this amazing company and I’m sure they know what a outstanding worker you are. I would love to have a call back from Anthony’s boss. Came within an hour after calling to come service our A/C unit that wasn't blowing any cold air. Robert was our technician that quickly found the problem and was very professional. We are very pleased with Omni and would use them again in the future.

Robert was just at my house from Omni and he was very nice, professional and explained how the air conditioning system works. He changed out the battery for the system and bam we have air again. Also I want to say that I called yesterday and got an appointment the very next day! Way to go Omni!!! I will use them always going forward!

Had appointment from 5pm to 8pm but didn't show till almost 9pm. However Noah did a great job and got the AC back on line right away. He informed us that the motor was leaking and that wold need replacing eventually. We decided to fix that as well but he didn't have the motor in the truck. He came back next day and replaced it. Noah i's very knowledgeable and was great service. I would recommend Omni but they really need better communication regarding appt. time and be on time.

It was definitely a pleasant experience working with Omni heating and air. They had a person come out the day I called, to come fix my air conditioner unit. The contractor they sent out was extremely knowledgably and walked me through all the steps of the repair, so I knew exactly what was being done. I will be calling them back if my system ever needs service or a tune up.

When my A/C went out during the hottest week of Summer, this company was the only company that I could get to come out on such short notice. The prices were reasonable and the people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and professional. When the technition, Robert, arrived he was extremely friendly and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had my air up and running within 30 minutes. He explained what the cause was in easy-to-understand terms and taught me a little bit about how my A/C works so I can be on the lookout for problems in the future. I highly recommend this company and Robert!
