Lied and said they conducted a freon leak test which they did not do to determine where the leak was. Told my warranty company they did and I was charged $150! Then they wouldn't even answer the phone to talk to me.

Austin did a great job fixing my heater. Very professional and took pictures of all the work done. Very happy to be warm again!

Ronnie and his family have been an answer to my prayers and my moms prayers for a while now. We were recommended them over a year ago and they’ve only ever taken incredible care of us ever since. Not only are they communicative both while they are on site, they are incredibly responsive beyond the time that’s been allotted to only my service. Ronnie and Austin both clearly explained their process, assured us as to what their next steps were, and delivered so much more than just the job they were hired for. My mother and myself are prone to agoraphobic behaviors, which means we struggle with leaving our home, which is already uncomfortable enough but then to have to dread the summer heat with a broken a/c unit, to say we were worried is an understatement. But, as before, we reached out to Ronnie again once our unit was entirely broken and these guys came through tenfold. Every option was laid out clearly, with absolute transparency, the timing estimates were spot-on perhaps even a little quicker than anticipated, the pricing was incredibly fair, and the quality of the new unit they installed is more than we could have dreamed of. It’s been about two weeks since they installed our new unit and everyone in our house is comfortable and happy and not dreading life each hot day.. but more than anything I will always be grateful for the fact that there were numerous times that I would see Ronnie or Austin taking just a couple minutes to sit down with my mom (the worrier) to just get on her level and assure her that they would work with us. Establishing trust, standing by your words of promise, and delivering a service beyond what was expected is what we got with this company; it’s very clear that Ronnie believes in leaving things in better condition than when you started out. Mom and I prayed for help and we were in perfect hands with this one. Thank you for everything, guys. You’ll never know just how much you fixing up you managed to do over here. We love this company and will never go with anyone else ❤️

They were on time, very professional, and found the issue quickly and replaced the faulty parts and checked the system operation, all for a reasonable price

Ronnie was the best!!! After having 3 other HVAC companies come to my house, Ronnie was the only one who could fix the problem that same day without telling me that I needed a new air-conditioning unit. All the other companies told me that I needed to replace my unit because the condenser was bad. Ronnie got it up and running in an hour. Ronnie is honest and extremely knowledgeable. I will always refer him to anyone I know that needs heating and air work.

Knowledgeable, honest, reasonable, and prompt is what you’re looking for when you’ve got a troubled air conditioner or heater and these guys are exactly that.
I turned on my heater last week to hear a horrible squeal. Austin (Ronnie’s son) arrived at my doorstep, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, then was on his way. No trumped up diagnosis, just an honest description of the problem and a quick solution.
As a single, female homeowner it can be tough to know who to trust, but you can definitely trust these guys! I recommend them 100%!

If I could give Ronnie 10 stars I would!! I had a company called nex gen come out they said they tested everything and they quoted me $1,219 to replace a fan motor. I said that is too much and called for other quotes and ronnie quoted $400-500 for same issue! He came out promptly within the hour of my call thankfully he decided not to trust nex gens diagnosis and did his own testing and within just a mins he spotted the REAL issue, he told me that nex gen didn’t even test the capacitor there was still tape on it and then he noticed that they left 2 caps off both my Freon pipes!! He took pics for me and put everything back for me and replaced the capacitor and my air works now so amazing!! Ronnie is a sweet honest guy with lots of experience and knowledge and he won’t take advantage of you!! Definitely recommend him to all my family and friends!
