We have had two other companies come to look at our furnace for the last six months and no one, I mean no one, has had one clue as to what was wrong with it. That was until we had Ronnie Jones AC come out last week. I had little hope he would find the problem since no one else had ,but it was worth a try. He is the only one who was able to Fix our furnace in one single visit to boot(other folks were out 2 and 3 times and never fixed a thing). Highly ethical, prompt and extremely nice. He told us (after thoroughly inspecting it testing every part ),that our thermostat was no good even though it was brand new and not cheap. We were so desperate we decided to believe him and he changed it out. Guess what, he was right! He’s really a professional.Don’t hesitate to call him.

I am so very thankful to everyone at Ronnie Jones AC and Heating. Our five year old AC compressor went out about a week and a half ago. Fortunately, AHS sent the work order here after an out of town company failed to respond. Of course our AC breaks down in the hottest part of the summer with our upstairs getting up to 98 degrees, so with every AC company booked out weeks in advance, thanks to Jana and Austin they had some cancellations and were able to get us in ASAP plus they quickly navigated the warranty/insurance process and minimized my frustration beyond belief. AHS even sent the wrong part but Austin was able to get the correct part during their install window. The install window was less than estimated and now after a week and a half we have cool air thanks to Ronnie Jones AC and heating. The customer service and responsiveness of this team has been fantastic! I would highly recommend these folks and am glad to have have their number on speed dial!

Been using Ronnie and his son services for many years. Never tries to upsell me or tell me I need to replace everything new. Helps repair existing equipment until it literally does not run or turn on anymore. Got a fan motor replaced. Great price and was up and running right away Thanks Ronnie and team.

Very honest and helpful. We first went with a big and well known air and heating company to do a 69 dollar checkup for our air conditioning unit. After the check up we where told this"sorry we can't tune it up but we can sell you a unit for $16,000. " We called Ronnie, he checked the work and said that it needed minor repairs. Our air conditioning would last a couple of years.

Our furnace stopped working. We recently purchased the Sears Home Warranty & they referred us to Ronnie Jones Company. Austin Jones came to our residence. He was exceptional in every sense. He was professional, knowledgeable about the product and gave us advice on the correct filter to use & replaced the thermostat. We made another appt for May when he'll come out & service our AC. We are extremely happy with his service & will recommend them in the future.
