Ronnie Jones and son installed a whole new heating unit here this morning. My house is now nice and warm. They arrived on time, were very nice, did a great job, and left my garage cleaner than it was before.

Ronnie A/C and heating came to check out why my A/C unit was not working on a Sunday. They were professional on time and very courteous. They let me know they were on their way to my house and wasted no time to determine the cause of my inoperable A/C unit.They kept me informed of the situation and with their knowledge and expertise my A/C unit was back up and running in no time. Home warranty repair through Old Home Republic. OHRP assigned three other vendors prior to Ronnie Jones. The others didn't reply, or found excuses for not working on the issue with my heat pump/PTAC/split system. Austin, from Ronnie Jones, not only fixed the solution, but did so without having to tear into the drywall as the third vendor stated would be required. Austin proactively reached out to the manufacturer, consulted on alternatives, found a solution, got the part, and in the same day had my system up an running again. Austin was incredibly courteous through and through, and left the job site clean and tidy. A+

House AC under Total Protect warranty & in July another callout company responded after the unit stopped cooling home. Quick systems check (without physically inspecting air flow filter), changed fuses & added hard start kit.

Fast forward to August; House AC condenser froze up & temperature dropped.

Fortunately Total Protect assigned RONNIE JONES AC to respond.

Ronnie personally arrived at scheduled time, asked for history of problem, physically inspected air flow filter first (what 1st callout repairman didn't do) & discovered it had collapsed from accumulated dirt & melted water from the frozen evaporator coil.

Ronnie personally took me along his trouble shooting diagnostics & explained the outside compressor motor was bad. Compressor vents were dirty & Ronnie showed the extreme drop of metered temperature when he flushed out the vents.

Ronnie also noted the cheap hard kit was not necessary. Filter & motor replaced, compressor vents rinsed out & wiring (including fuse box) inspected & tightened ALL WITHIN 1HOUR....

Very informative & allowed me to take pics of his process. Impressive & saved us big bucks...
