This was a Friday mid day, he was there before expected, checked everything out explained what was wrong and fixed the problem. Found what will need to be fixed at a later date and explained and made notes. He was very informative, and took pride in what he was doing.

Initially had an issue having to wait for hours due to staff shortages so had to rebook.
Refill was incomplete so recieved a refund.
