A 100% Guarantee Heating and AC contacted me quickly after I had arranged with my home warranty to get an AC tune-up. I was concerned about them coming out to do the tune-up when it was still chilly weather. They let me know that they wouldn't come out to do that AC tune up until the weather warmed up. They already had looked at the forecast and determined when it would warm up and quickly scheduled an appointment. I received a text stating that Donne the technician would be arriving soon, and he was great. Donne was courteous, efficient, and clean. He even put booties on his shoes every time he walked in the house. It was a really good experience.

A 100% Guarantee came out again today to replace a broken part they had discovered in their tuneup on our A/C unit. Evan was really professional, personable, and courteous. It was a tough job as Evan had to cut through brick siding and deal with other inconveniences that pop up when replacing an old part with a new one. Weird to say, but it looks really nice. He even used a level. Highly recommend this company. They communicate well and are very reliable and friendly.

They did a wonderful job adding insulation to my attic to bring it to specs required to get a $1000.00 Bayren rebate. Would have used them for a heat pump but as I do not have Solar thought it would not make sense for me

Their assessment, honesty and fairness to resolve MY Mini air split problem (not heating) is beyond fair and i am overjoyed that I’ve called the right folks to get us back up and running. Our AC went out. I called and the nice lady scheduled Chad to visit same day. Less than 3 hours later the AC is working like a charm, better than before. Chad loves to talk, but I liked his stories. He came 15 minutes before the appointed time, troubleshot the system and estimated the repair cost. I agreed and he went right to it. The airflow is three times stronger than before. He replaced some burnt out parts and gave me a fair price. Highly recommended. Chad is the best.

The A100 crew is the vendor we call with or without a home warranty. They are responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable. Our home is more efficient because of A100. They have done some major work for us and we are over the top happy! We keep their magnet information card for whenever we need them and they come through for us every time sufficiently. So very grateful for A100. Call 'em they will be the best phone call you could make when it comes to heating, A/C, furnace, and ductwork!

The technician showed up to look at my furnace cause it was blowing the air out of the vents. Quoted me $344 per pressure switch and said I needed two so a total of $688 plus labor. Then he said that it was after 5pm and that the store was closed so they would gave to call me the next morning. I never received a call the next day. I texted and still nothing. Well my furnace is still not fixed but I ordered the two switches for a total of $64.99. So they were charging me $623 more than the cost of the part. That is ridiculous and plain theft. If I could give this company no stars on minus stars I would. I'm definitely canceling my monthly service with them as I have received no services. Don't use this company! They will rob you!
