Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair

After 20 years without a heater in a large converted area I finally installed a wall and ceiling mount oil pump HVAC. The crew (Dennis. Ross and Adam) did a great job. Initially I was quoted a price for 2 same size units but was upgraded to a larger ceiling unit at no extra charge by Lana. She kept me notified promptly on any changes and updates. The guys were super to work with. Will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

Matt and his co-worker completed their installation of my new washer. They were very professional and personable.

When they got here, they just came in and went right to work. Now -- for the first time in a few weeks -- there are dirty things in that awesome new washer getting clean.

I appreciated getting a service call within a day. Tina, the office representative, called to advise their technician was on the way earlier than my scheduled appointment. Ross arrived on time and quickly determined my 20-year old gas furnace was DOA. He explained my options for repair, replacement with another gas furnace and replacement with a heat pump. Ross was professional and personable. I indicated I did not use the business on this review only because I need to research various government and private rebate programs before proceeding.Update: Fuse Napa installed my new furnace in 4 hours. They inspected my old furnace and applied the $99 fee to the cost of replacement. Other companies charge as much as $180 and do not apply the service fee to repair or replacement. Fuse Napa provided a furnace that was the correct size for my home at an affordable price. I recommend Fuse Napa for service, repair, or replacement of you HVAC systems.

Ross came the same day, punctual and friendly. Assessed/explained what he thought the issue was and gave me an estimate.
Left with the fridge defrosting with clear instructions on what to do next.
Came back the next day to put things back in order and came in under estimate!

Great experience with Fuse. We had a washer that was having issues completing it’s cycle. I submitted an online request on a Sunday and surprisingly received a response-I was able to schedule a service call for the next day at a reasonable fee. Ross came out on time as promised, diagnosed the problem and got the part ordered. Fuse was very communicative and transparent in their fees, both of which are much appreciated. Ross was able to repair our washer with the replacement part and it’s now working great. I definitely recommend fuse and would hire them again.

The friendly tech showed up early, quickly diagnosed the issue, and swiftly made the repairs. Super nice guy. Very professional. Left the fridge clean working normally again. We would use this service again.

This is the second time that I’ve use their services. Both times the technicians were on time, professional, and fixed the problem with one visit. When you have an appliance breakdown, getting someone to service it and repair it in a timely manner is crucial. They did their job. I would use them again. Definitely recommend them. Tina in the office picks up the phone and is responsive. Matt was my technician yesterday and did a great job!

I called on Good Friday afternoon, not expecting anyone would be available. They said Ross could be here around 4. Around 1:30 they called and said he’s 15 minutes away, is that ok. He came and fixed the OLD dryer. Very professional.
I am very pleased and will use them going forward.

Phone staff was amazing, and they were able to come the next day to service my broken dryer. Matt arrived on time got right to work and was able to get my dryer up and running all very quickly. Very professional- I will use them again when needed and recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

An excellent experience overall. We had a gas leak and they were immediately responsive, ordering the necessary part and returning rapidly to complete the repair.
Michael, our initial contact, answered and made a appt for the next day. Communications about timing were excellent throughout.
Matt, the primary technician, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. His partner was similar. They were very clean while repairing the line, wore booties in the house and left with the repair site spotless.
I would use them for any work that they advertise.
