John was amazing! I called him late Friday evening and he was here by 9:55 Monday morning. Not only is he professional, but he's very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. I would 100% recommend him for the job. Plus his pricing was incredibly fair. He even came back to ensure there weren't any gas leaks. Calling him thorough would be an understatement. I could go on and on about how awesome he was!

I've worked with John and Core Heating & Air twice now, and he will always be our go-to for support with our heating/AC. When I say he took his time it just means that he will get to the bottom of things but the timeline was amazing. The price was More than fair. John came out the same day I messaged and was thoroughly delightful and efficient. Rather than sell me on a new furnace unit or parts I did not need, he cleaned my older unit and replaced two parts. John even patiently showed me how to clean the filter and do minimal maintenance in between yearly service checks. This is important to single mom types…lol. My pets loved him too! John was great, extremely fast response getting here. Troubleshot our AC, found a pretty rare fault, diagnosis and repair happened quickly. He even took the time to clean up and do some extra maintenance on our system. Fair price, fast service, third time using his service, best in town!

I rarely post reviews but I have to recommend John Salus. He first came to correct a furnace issue, which he did promptly, honestly, and fairly. Today he checked our water heater and gave honest and fair advice when others could have easily taken advantage of us. John is the best!

John was a pleasure to work with. He was diligent, honest, and thoughtful about my house. Taking every care to do a good job to find the problem, fix it in the right way and cause minimal problems to the home. He also went above and beyond to check other things in my home to make sure I was set-up well to warm and cool it. Thank you, John. Chestnut and I appreciate you.

We called John on a Saturday morning, because our heater was making an incredible racket.. Jon went to make sure that we had heat so he came over to investigate. John save the day, diagnose our heater and fixed it. We are so we’re so happy with the professionalism, promptness and service. Core Heating And Air will always be our call. Best service ever received on diagnosing and repairing a persistent furnace noise. John diagnosed and quickly fixed a buzzing noise coming from our furnace that could not be fixed by other local HVAC service companies. He also identified and fixed several other issues from the original installation that were problematic. Great service!

John is a gem. I'm not a yelper but if you're looking for quality work from an honest expert for a fair and reasonable price this is it. There is a reason he has so many irrefutable 5 star reviews. He called me back within an hour of my call at the end of his workday, and fit me into his schedule the next morning. He had the OEM brand name gas valve needed for the repair in his truck, and completed the work within two hours even in a cramped attic. I will call him again if needed for my Bryant HVAC system. He also does ductless units which I will call him for as well. His work was $500 less than what I was quoted for from KC Home services. Spend your money with someone who owns their business, guarantees their work and doesn't inflate their prices to pay for a fleet of trucks and unhelpful employees.
