Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Napa

The exhaust fan above our range would no longer turn on. An appliance repair company here in the Valley told me I'd have to get a whole new hood saying that that they could no longer get parts for that brand. The serviceman who came out never looked at the roof motor.
I also phoned a second local appliance company and they agree with the first ones appraisal.
However, a friend had had wonderful service from Fuse HVAC Napa on a refrigerator so I thought I'd get a third opinion. Jason, the technician, performed a thorough exam of both the inside hood and the roof mounted motor and diagnosed the roof motor as the source of the problem. The company ordered a new motor which was at least one fourth of what a new hood, motor and installation would have cost. They texted me when the part was in and set up an appointment for Jason to install it. He spent several hours installing it and I now have a working exhaust fan at a fraction of the cost. ( plus I'm not throwing an otherwise perfectly good hood with two sets of lights, into the landfill.)
Jason was pleasant and efficient. He was considerate too, wearing shoe covers when in the house and letting me know when he needed to go fetch something for the job. He also looked at my washing machine for a minor issue it was having.
It is so refreshing, in this day and age, to have a workman know their stuff and how to repair things. Our garbage dumps are overflowing with partially broken items that 30 plus years ago would have been repaired.
I also want to commend Erika, who was great at communicating equipment orders, arrival times and appointments.
I will definitely use Fuse Napa again for all my appliance repairs.

Bob realized quickly what was needed. Drain plugged. He cleaned it out and looks like we won’t have to buy a new refrigerator. We would use him again and hoping he will come back to fix the large burner on our stove top.

A great experience all around! My AC unit stopped working on a weekend, hot weather was just around the corner. We were heading out of town in less than a week and expecting guests to house sit when the dishwasher gave out. Matt from Fuse was at our place in less than 24 hours to diagnose the problem and was back the following day with the necessary parts. The communication from both Matt, our technician, and Mike, from the front office, was excellent. Everyone was courteous and professional. I’d definitely use them again.

Super rapid response to service request, they were very communicative and professional. They discounted our repair bill because they believed the repair should have been covered under warranty when GE refused to cover it. Great value for the cost. When I called I was expecting a couple days for an appointment, but the staff was able to get me a next day appointment. Ross came on time and was able to quickly identify the problem with the washer and fix it. I will definitely use their service again if my washer or dryer needs repair.

Ross came within the appointment time. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and within a few days returned to install the parts. His work was excellent, and everything was neat and clean.
We will definitely use this company again if needed.

Baz was the technician who fixed my dryer, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time which is very convenient not having to wait hours for someone to show up. The services that I have received from them was beyond exemplary. Our AC broke a few days before memorial day weekend and we had a party scheduled. The tech came out on Friday morning and examined our system, provided a quote and was all done within just 10 minutes. amazing company so far.
