    Sam is always on time (usually early!) and is very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what’s wrong and how he will fix the problem. I’ve used Fuse for two appliance problems now and have been able to get appointments very quickly. I highly recommend them.

    Fuse is very trustworthy and quick to respond. They fixed my gas fireplace which wouldn’t turn on and needed a new gas valve. They also showed me how to use my wood burning fireplace with a gas assist valve that I didn’t know how to use.

    I called Fuse to schedule a repair on my washer. I asked for the estimated range in cost to fix the washer since I would have to pay for the diagnostics regardless of whether I went with them for the actual fix and was told for my washer it would be 150-300. However, the actual repair cost came out just shy of $500 excluding the diagnostics! I later spoke to a guy who installs new washers and he said the job would take less than 5 mins. These guys really try to extract as much as they can from you even in times of desperate needs like when your washer doesn’t work. Ended up paying 75 for the diagnostics and bought a new washer for 475.

    When the rep from Fuse saw my review yesterday, I was contacted immediately about my dissatisfaction. She wanted to understand what happened and she also asked if she could have someone come back to help. She scheduled an appointment for today. When Dan and team arrived (on time!) they diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within 30 min. This company is fantastic and they would not let me pay for the service because of my experience yesterday. This is a company that I respect…they wanted to do right by me and I really appreciate that. I will definitely call them again for service and recommend them to friends/family. Job well done!
