Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Napa

I had called the company I usually contact and could not get an appointment until next week. I called FUSE and they were responsive, professional, came the next day and the price seemed fair. The technician was very nice, let me know about the warranty on the new part and took extra care to clean up that I appreciated. I would use them again for my appliance repairs.

Very good operation. Baz our technician was extremely nice and professional. Came out did the initial estimate quote was fair for the work done. They were even able to come out a day early. Each appointment time they set they showed up exactly when they said they would. Would highly recommend this business to anybody needing repairs

Asked Thurs. am for cost of inspection for oven door problem. Tech came by Thurs. pm. Very pleasant person. Did the inspection & I received work estimate within an hour. Now that's Quality service that you don't get every day! Many Thanks.

Awesome customer services and very professional as well. Had been having isses with keeping my house cool. After talking with the tech and have discussed how much my system was actually csoting in repairs as well as my electric bill, decided to go with new two stage system. I could not be happier , have already seen a dramatic drop in my electricity bill which is great considering summer is here. 🤗

Very easy to work with an extremely punctual which was fantastic! I unfortunately did not have a home warranty that covered the repair however they were up front about pricing. Baz was friendly and knowledgeable. The part required for my dryer was ordered and arrived and installed within a week. Highly recommended.

I needed a new tube for my refrigerator water filter. Matt was thorough in explaining what he would do to fix it and why the problem occurred to start. He was very responsive and able to repair/replace the tube with ease. Highly recommend!

My washing machine was left in worse condition after my “repair” appointment. Prior to appointment the machine was working fine with just a bothersome loud spin cycle. I knew it was the bearings, but the technician insisted on replacing the water pump and drain despite me saying those items were fine. 4 hours later he said “it’s the bearings and I can’t fix those today”. So he left and when I attempted to run a load of laundry the next day, my house was flooded with water because he didn’t put the machine back together properly. So now I have a huge mess and a machine that no longer works. I should have never called Fuse. Beware!
