I started a load of laundry Sunday morning. I washing machine did work. I called Fuse and had a tech out today. Best company highly recommend them . Make fuse your first call they are a fantastic company. With great communication !!!!!
We actually didn’t like the service. The orders that were given was to repair the stove. But he work on the oven why I don’t really know. After we brought this to his attention that it was the stove that neede to fix or repair. Well he check it out and his conclusion that the burners needed to be clean. He stated that he couldn’t do that repair it wasn’t his job. That was a surprise. Now we have to wait for the Home Warranty on what to do next. Is it the Home Warranty or your company to repair it? Didn’t like the outcome the burners are still failing.
Was quoted $75 for a diagnostic and was told then would be quoted for any repair to be done on the oven the guy came over barely spoke any English reset my breaker and then try to charge me $220 after doing absolutely no work on my oven, and I actually went over and reset my breaker on my house for him then agreed-upon $150 basically paid the guy $150 to reset my breaker on the side of my house which I actually did and the guy was only here for about 20 minutes stove does work. Burner light still stays on said he didn’t know why or what was wrong with it or why it did that.
They came in a timely manner, seemed to know what they were doing, accepted the repair, which was a little pricey for a 13 mo old range but already into it for service call. Fell apart when manager called back a couple days later said they can’t get the part and while laughing told me to call another appliance company. Very unprofessional.
They are very reliable and experienced technician the tech had came by a knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it very quickly. He doubled checked everythinh else just to see and make sure there would not be any other problems and he was there on the spot without any hesitation . My wife, son and myself get to sleep comfortable tonight thanks to them for being there when others weren't available. I am glad that they weren't because now i know i have somebody who does HVAC in my contacts that i can count on or even refer my friends and family to. Thanks a bunch you are lightning fast.
Thank you a bunch!!! After calling three different AC companies told me I had to replace my 7 years old system, I was told I had to replace my system. Finally asking some friends they recommended them. They walked me through the whole process and were extremely courteous, honest and friendly as well. they were able to fix my issue siwftly. will use them again for sure.😍
Ross and Adam did a great job installing a new Bosch heat pump system. They were able to do that without interrupting heating during the night, which was a great help given our 7 month-old. Fuse had the best offer on the market and they executed the installation with professionalism!
They did a wonderful job. The technicians were on time, thorough, and explained exactly what was wrong. They came on Saturday and were able to get a part in by Sunday and fixed it Monday morning. I highly recommend this company.
