This was one of the best services I have experienced in my 70 years. The young man servicing my appliance was prompt, professional, extremely thorough, pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. I was able to get an appointment and job done within hours of calling. Reasonably priced. We used Fuse for a second opinion since the last service provider was pushing us to buy a whole new system. Turned out all we needed was some refrigerant and sealant to fix our AC problem. We were happy with the installation of a brand-new system by this company. Over the weekend, we had them replace the inside air handler and the exterior unit, and we have no problems. Before choosing a company, we requested six estimates, and we could not be happier with the cost and the quality of their job. The installers were skilled and worked together very effectively. They also did a better job of cleaning up than was anticipated. I was informed earlier that the installation would take a ""whole day,"" yet I believe they were only at our house for five hours. My experience working with the installers during the estimate and sales process was great.

The staff's meticulous attention to detail during the installation of our furnace and air conditioner made us very happy. The original service and price for the new furnace and AC were excellently done by them as well. They arrived on time and were thorough, competent, and clean. They completed the project after the regular workday had ended, despite the rain and storms. Before we left, they made sure we knew how to utilize our new system. throughout the entire procedure, excellent service.

Staff was excellent. Despite it being Memorial Day, they came out right away to assist us. They are courteous and helpful, and they provided us with excellent guidance for the future of our system. really quick and had a great attitude! even did a terrific job with our cat. I'm very glad everything is working properly once more.

My wife and I needed our gas furnace repaired and then replaced. When we called them they came out and assessed our furnace situation. The first thing I was impressed with was how genuinely polite and professional your colleague was to us. That is when I knew we did not need anybody else. A band aide needed to be applied just to keep the furnace running until a new one was installed. A couple of weeks later I was talking with the owner and he guided me through my options. He never tried to up sell me, but I actually wanted additional things installed like new thermostats, a whole house humidifier, and a new filter system. He explained my options and gave me a very fair quote and I said let’s go for it. His son and two gentlemen installed my new furnace yesterday and I am really happy with the new furnace but more importantly I am happy with the level of professionalism they exhibited. Getting a furnace installed correctly is the key for it to function without me having to worry for years to com and they certainly did that for me. They are number one in my town and now I know why. Keep up the great work!

First of all I would like to preface that service was exceptional!!! Talked to the tech about my AC repair and he was quick to respond with the solution, upon further we realized that it was not my AC but my hot water pipe. I am very satisfied by their services. Thank goodness they discovered and solved the problem for us. will use them again for sure.

Roman was our technician and he came to our home on the same day we needed service. He did a great job and repaired our dryer as it was not producing any heat.
That same night, our dryer started to make a loud clanking sound. I immediately called Fuse again and they sent Roman back to check things out. They came out a second time and fixed our dryer without any hassle. We are no longer having any issues and are completely satisfied.
