Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair

My wife and I needed our gas furnace repaired and then replaced. When we called them they came out and assessed our furnace situation. The first thing I was impressed with was how genuinely polite and professional your colleague was to us. That is when I knew we did not need anybody else. A band aide needed to be applied just to keep the furnace running until a new one was installed. A couple of weeks later I was talking with the owner and he guided me through my options. He never tried to up sell me, but I actually wanted additional things installed like new thermostats, a whole house humidifier, and a new filter system. He explained my options and gave me a very fair quote and I said let’s go for it. His son and two gentlemen installed my new furnace yesterday and I am really happy with the new furnace but more importantly I am happy with the level of professionalism they exhibited. Getting a furnace installed correctly is the key for it to function without me having to worry for years to com and they certainly did that for me. They are number one in my town and now I know why. Keep up the great work!

Wonderful! AC had been misbehaving a couple of months prior and we assumed we cleared the obstruct in the buildup lines. At last quit working. I believed that we would need to hold on until essentially the following day or a couple of days for an arrangement, yet that was a wonderful little treat! I called to leave a message and really got a get back to at 7:45pm. Professional showed up quickly at 8:45pm true to form. He immediately analyzed a critical stop up and cleared it. Exceptionally charming and proficient! Incredibly content with the assistance!! Much appreciated folks!
