Excellent communication and update on technician’s anticipated arrival. Technician was very courteous and professional, with resourceful remedy to the problem with my gas cooktop. Unfortunately a return trip is required to fabricate a replacement part, as stock part has been discontinued.
Honestly, the owner of this business should be very proud. They came out earlier this monthly and were the best service I have received in Napa in quite a while!! Dryer died again and they came out on a courtesy call the day I called. Thank you so much!! Joani
When my home warranty would not cover the repair because it was caused by a rodent, I called fuse. To my surprise they came out the following morning. They're constantly in communication via SMS, they're on time. Very friendly very knowledgeable very efficient. I had a single rat chewing up plastic parts in my dishwasher. They had to come out more than once because it took the exterminating company a while to catch the rat. each time I requested them, they were able to get me in very quickly do what they needed to do. They explained to me what had happened andshowed me The damage. Their prices were excellent and the customer service was splended amazing. I will use fuse for all my future repairs.

We were done with waiting weeks for our home warranty agency and for paying $55 per claim up front. Decided to support local and boy was that the right move. From the time I called on a Friday to the time they showed up at our door LITERALLY 15 minutes went by! Where does that even happen anymore?!?!The repair is gonna run us $400 but we are happy to pay it to not only support our local folks and businesses but also the $75 service call is deducted, they will be back out here Monday(48 hours), and we won’t be without a fridge for 3 weeks waiting for home warranty bs while all of our food rots all for a $100 reimbursement. We are cancelling our home warranty plan for good based on this experience. Highly highly recommend.

My central air was not cold in the mid day heat. Called this company first thing in the morning and they came over very quickly. Even received a text message they were on the way. Technical listened to my description of the issue and explained an estimate would be provided after the assessment. After he checked it out, explained which components need replacing and why. I am a technical person so it was reassuring to get a sound explanation. Completed the work very quickly, and check the refrigerant to confirm it was at the correct pressure. Quick, polite, competent, good price. Very satisfied with the entire experience!
The initial sales visit with them was outstanding. He was very thorough in explaining to us our various options and helped guide us in selecting what would be best suited for our needs. The install team leader was fantastic and ensured that the install went smoothly and caused minimal disruption while we worked from home.
