Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair

They didn't provide the system as quoted and detailed, they don't communicate at all, they are unprofessional in that they send unsigned generic emails and texts and you're left wondering who sent the email or text. They left a hole in my eaves which birds got inside my attic, then made a complete mess of my house trying to fix the hole with foam. They don't show up for appointments and then you're left to contact them and find out what happened and to get rescheduled. I'm very disappointed with the customer service provided.

I thought the tech’s. Anyway, he was polite, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain everything but wasn’t pushy at all in trying to convince me to buy anything. He was great.

Extremely interested with level of organization and unimaginable expertise. They were aware of time and cost and sorted out the issues with a raised level of dominance. If I could give 100 stars I would. Much gratitude to you!
