They have serviced my HVAC system before and I trust them, so when the time came for another service, and we realized that we would have to put in a lot of work to my 1989 system, I opted for a new unit, and they gave me a really good price.

Trent was my Technician! He was great!! Showed up on time. Walked me through the issues and the most necessary things to do. Never tried to upset me, just the straight facts. That’s what I like, I needed the repair but don’t need to throw money away, and Trent made sure he was looking out for me and my needs. Had nothing but great experiences with all their technicians.highly recommend their business and they are our go too for service and installation.

Our heating/AC system is very old and the AC stopped working. Benny did a thorough job of checking and made sure we understood what was covered and what was happening. Tim came to explain and showed us problem areas and explained the effects. Went through the different options available to us and the differences on these option. Very patient and knowledgeable, and did not apply any pressure. Absolutely great experience, stress free. And we know it is an investment but we know that we are getting very good quality service and equipment. Thank you Benny and Tim for patiently explaining every with us.

I had the pleasure of having Alex as my technician. He came in on time on the said appointment. He was friendly and courteous to my family. He has a great mood even though we have our appointment late in the day. He is very thorough with his job and gave us an honest qoute and some tips to keep our AC running longer. I will definitely be using NexGen for our HVAC needs.

Ryan, the service technician called in advance to confirm my appointment. He arrived on time, showed me all of the issues with my air conditioner and heater. He also knew what he was doing, very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. He was very respectful and helpful. Great technician and company.

Justin from the Simi Valley office came out for maintenance of my AC/Heating unit. He was most helpful and pleasant. He did a great job cleaning out the unit. Installed surge protectors and serviced the units. Cole also came out (assuming from the same office) for my tankless water heater maintenance. He was also very informative, helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend NexGen for service. They have a great maintenance program. Thank you to Cole and Justin.

NexGen, I received a quote for a upgrade on my home furnace and air conditioning unit by Regan. Regan was very good about explaining the choices for a upgrade. Regans follow through with answering question impressed me after hours.

Two guys came on time for the furnace and air conditioning installation. Christian Q. and his co-worker were very professional and friendly. They were very meticulous on taking apart the old furnace and air conditioning unit.
They were very best and clean after taking two days to install the two units. Once again, they detailed and we’re meticulous on installing the my new furnace and air conditioning unit keeping. Christian explained a variety of what he was doing during the two days.
I never new that a furnace and air conditioning unit could look so good. They detailed the inside of the furnace and around the air conditioning unit. Wow! What great work.
The best part was the follow up after the installation explained someone would follow up for the permit to make sure their furnace and air conditioning system were top notch.

Our experience with NexGen, and specifically Tommy Millard, was fantastic. When we called, they were able to come out right away. Tommy showed up on time, and was very helpful. We discussed the issue, he came up with a plan, executed it, and was able to fix our leak. He was also mindful of not cutting out more of the drywall than he had to, but also fixing the pipe for good, rather than simply doing a band-aid fix. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend Tommy from NexGen to anyone who is looking for the many services they provide.

Felipe was amazing! He was able to install a Nest for me within an hour of me calling and asking!

The technician, Alex Arzate, was so incredibly helpful. He made what had been a horrible day to a very pleasant one. He got my air conditioner working again! All the while he was taking the time to teach me about how to get the most of my unit. He never seemed bothered by me asking questions, in fact he welcomed them. I will 100% use him for any future needs of my hvac or heating needs.
