Tech showed up on time after calling ahead and letting me know he was on his way. Very clean and professional appearance and discussed how the appointment would be conducted. He was very friendly with my family and dog and conducted his work quickly and thoroughly. He took pictures of all his finding and showed the pictures and explained all the normal ranges and where my system fell within them. Didn’t try and force an up-sell but offered his expertise on areas to keep an eye on to maximize the performance and limit my out of pocket expenses. I would absolutely recommend him to my family and friends. Never used this company before but now I have a go-to number in case something happens in the future. This sounds ridiculous but it felt like a mom and pop shop experience with a large business budget on equipment/tools. Well done on training and employee hiring. Very happy with my experience.

He walked me through what the issue was, looked at everything I asked and he was so helpful and took so much time to go through things with me. While he was here, we thought of a couple other things that maybe he could look at and he was very patient and helpful with those as well. Nexgen was very prompt and professional in their visit and evaluation. Justin thoroughly examined both the indoor air distribution system and the rooftop AC unit - explaining the problems with the aging system and the pros of replacing the old equipment versus continuing to dump money into the more than two decade old machine. Overall, one of the best and most comprehensive technician visits I've had!
