I was mistaken in the previous review about the wrong thermostat being installed because my wife thought the original one was larger and had a different display. The whole problem originated because I wanted a wi-fi thermostat but it wasn't available when the AC units were installed and there are only two thermostats that will work with my system. When the wi-fi unit was installed I could not get it to connect and when it did, it did NOT have the features I expected as compared to ones shown on the Lennox web site. Absolutely disappointed with the almost featureless wi-fi thermostat, I requested the original one be re-installed. The replacement thermostat has been verified that it is the same model as the original one and I thought it was used because the front surface has smeared fingerprints not from the installer since I watched him - I will clean it and live with it.

We can’t say enough about how thorough Joshua was. He quickly determined the problem was not our thermostat but a plug that had failed and was leaking in the attic. He assured us that he set his phone alarm for 6 A.M. Monday morning to order the part and get our heating unit up and running as soon as possible. We could not be more pleased with his professional expertise and communication skills. I would highly recommend him and Action to anyone I know in need of HVAC services.

Tech determined that freon was not needed at this time in my hvac system. He re-explained parts that need to be repaired sooner than later.

They did every thing that was expected for two men removing the old and bringing in the new.
Unfortunately, after the install, the air conditioner worked great, but the heating unit has a problem. The tech explained the new unit shuts down, and have to turn it back on thru the thermostat. They told us it would be a week to 10 days before a specialist would be out then. We were dissatisfied due to the time Fram we were given, when the 2 techs did it all in such a amazing time frame, and now we have to wait almost 2 weeks? Not satisfied with that time frame at all. The two tech were very professional and they explained everything to us . We are not happy with the time frame to get our heater going.
