Steve and his team did a great job when installing our new HVAC system with heat pump and Goodman Furnace Two Stage System with Variable Speed Blower. The team worked efficiently, navigated unexpected needs, communicated well and left the house clean when done. I highly recommend them as a reliable and competent team.

The guys did a great job on the HBAC installation. Because the R8 requirement for ductwork was new, they did not have all the materials to complete the job on the first visit. But they returned at a convenient time for me and completed it.
I am impressed at how they maneuvered around my attic to install the ductwork.

Ingnacio Acevedo did a great job replacing the 3” heater vent with a 4” . This required entering my attic and climbing on roof to pull duct through.

Although the malfunction of the thermostat on my new AC, which was installed in early 2023, when out when our power went out two weeks ago , it was a very simple and easily fixable problem even for a homeowner. I went two weeks with no heat or AC. Several calls to Action resulted in being told someone would have to come out to reset the thermostat EVERY TIME THE POWER WENT OUT! Completely illogical. When the installer came today, he popped off the thermostat only to discover NO BATTERIES had been installed originally. That explained why the settings did not remain when the power went off. Then they had no batteries in their truck! So I told them they needed to go to Lowes and buy some, which they did. The AC is working now, but this was an unnecessary mistake that should have not happened, or at the least, SOMEONE at Action should have been able to tell me that missing batteries could be the cause and how to fix it with two simple AA batteries! Action has installed a furnace and a mini-split in our other home over the years, so I did not hesitate to go with Action for the installation of my AC in our new home. First they never submitted the permit to my HOA. Then the installation took several months , because they kept screwing up the placement of the heat pump outside. I finally took the installers to various neighbors to show them how it needed to be done!
It all got resolved, but it should not have been this frustrating for me as the customer!

Ely was quick and efficient. Was able to diagnose the problem and didn’t have to make multiple trips. Had all the needed parts to fix my equipment. Ac blowing cold and furnace blowing hot. Thanks for being a quality company.

Our crew boss was Ignacio. He and his crew were always on time and very reliable. Ignacio informed us each day what he was going to be working on and kept us informed of any issues as they cropped up. Very professional interactions and our home left clean and tidy after each of the 3 days they were here. Overall a very good experience during the installation and start up. Time will tell how good the system changed and upgrades perform but we are anticipating good things.

Very professional he showed me pictures of the outside unit and how the meter read showed my unit was still functioning within range. I need a new thermostat down the line and he showed me a few options and pricing. I will request him to come back he was very helpful and did a great job.

Angel Torres and his crew did such an amazing job. I knew i trusted the company because a good friend retired from Action Air. But this was the first time i needed to use them and what a great company and what a great job Angel did. He is also a really nice guy and a pleasure to have doing my install. Mine was a complicated install and include a new furnace and all new ducting. There is no better recommendation i can give than this one, im so happy with how it turned out and the whole process.
