Christian Collins my service technician did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and I am completely satisfied with his work! He’s welcome to return anytime.

Ely was knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely patient and really wanted to make sure I was aware of what was best for my AC system to keep it running well. He went above and beyond what he came to troubleshoot and found a few other things that I appreciated knowing about and addressing before I had a system failure and damage.

Jesus was on time & very professional. He addressed all my questions & concerns. He was pleasant & very patient to our questions. If I owned a business he is the type person I would like to have working for me. Thanks for the prompt professional service.

Very professional so far! Stayed in-touch by phone and actually arrived on-time (few minutes early). Gave me some very good ideas for my new heating & central AC. Rough estimate was more than expected but seems reasonable given the times. Will need to do a full review after install.

(Updating my review to give a complete picture)
Was interested in installing a heat pump at my home. Sales representative visited us and explained all the options clearly. He sounded very knowledgeable re: the systems. He also gave us advice on the old-style vents we had. As we were not ready for the installation and we asked for a verbal estimate and formal quote. The rep. gave me a verbal number but, he did not send the formal one. Also, the rep did not respond to my text reminder.

The rep suggested that he will put me in touch with the solar rep but he never did. Now that we are getting solar panels from some other installer, I will not employ Action Air for heat pump.

Adam and his crew were on time, efficient and finished on time. Explained everything about the new system and cleaned up after the job was done. Adams co-workers were also very polite and professional. Will definitely use Action Air again.

German arrived on time and was VERY professional. He did not try and sell me something I didn’t need. He thoroughly explained my two issues and left the decision up to me. He worked efficiently and effectively. This is the second time Action has attended to our heating system and if I need repair or replacement, Action will be the first I contact. There will not be a second. Many thanks for your integrity.

I made an appointment and they followed up immediately. The morning of appt they confirmed as well, which was amazing. Christian Marroquin was our service tech and was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to our satisfaction. Action came recommended to us by a satisfied family member and now we will recommend them as well!!
For the service performed, I thought the price was very fair.

David is all about quality of the installation. He and his team arrived on time each day and efficiently worked through installation of two new AC units. If Dave does your work you can be sure it is done right.
