first of all Joe James was my comfort advisor and he was wonderful. He was not pushy which I really appreciated and he was very thorough with me and explaining everything to me. I was supposed to get my install in mid September but they had a cancellation and I got it two days after I approved it which was amazing. Gabe, Ignacio and Amber we're all awesome. They were professional they did a great cleanup job but most importantly they installed my new AC and furnace in one day and did a fabulous job. They took away my 23-year-old AC box and my old furnace so I didn't have to worry about it which was very nice I very much appreciated that. Ignacio showed me all about my new thermostat and how to work everything. I highly recommend action air to anybody that is looking for a new install. I had probably 9 bids and action air was the best I am very happy with my choice thank you action air and thank you to my install team you are the best!

I just had an HVAC heating and cooling system installed in my condo yesterday, May 23rd, 2022. Being on the board of my home owner’s association, I’ve been somewhat involved with other units being installed, as a crane is required to put the unit on the roof - and thus I’m regularly involved in alerting other complex residents of such events.

After dealing with multiple HVAC companies over the years, I had communication with one of Action Air’s salesman, Joe, on a few occasions. Having checked on pricing with other companies, and seeing the professionalism that Action Air provided to these other residents, I called Joe at the end of April to set up making the purchase.

Unlike many contractors these days - where projects are scheduled to be started a few months in the future (like another home improvement project I just had done last year) - my HVAC deal was signed the end of April and, as referenced above, installed only 3 weeks later.

Preston and Jake were the two men performing the installation. They arrived exactly at the time that the company said they would, and were extremely professional, polite, efficient and helpful - and, as importantly, resolved several unexpected and unforeseen snags both knowledgeably, skillfully and adeptly.

A new replacement door is going to be required to cover the inside parts of the HVAC unit. Preston told me he had ordered the part and that as soon as it arrived the office would call me to schedule this final installation. In the meantime, the unit is still functional. When the time comes to have the door installed, I will certainly request Preston and Jake.

In a day and age where quality customer service is becoming harder and harder to find - especially on medium to large projects - I needed to share my experience with Action Air, as it was plain and simple a delight - absolutely seamless.

I have got a new HVAC system along with new ducting done by Action Air. It was an awesome team work by Action Air right from the word go starting with the quotes, scheduling the installation, installation process and cleanup after the installation. Appreciate Neil Nath and his team’s flexibility for the last minute modifications in order to help me align with the HOA norms. After the installation, Eli and team made sure that the airflow division was done appropriately at the ducting.

My technician was Sam, he was great. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful. He solved our issue in no time and helped me installing our nest thermostat. I love their business and thinking sign up yearly check up for our air condition services.

These guys did a fantastic job in installing my new Lennox furnace and upgrading my ductwork….. Brian Joe Evan and Alphonso were professional courteous knowledgeable of the product and importantly punctual.

Majid did an excellent job assessing the problem with my heater. He plans to request that the company order a gas valve replacement, and a metal panel to cover a large opening next to heating unit.
Also, provided information on type of filters to use and replacing AA batteries in thermostat yearly.
