Eli and his team arrived on time and were completely done by the end of the day. They all were very busy and professional with the installation of adding the a/c system to our existing home forced air system. I would recommend Eli to anyone else needing hvac work. Christian is a thorough and knowledgeable technician who explains what he is doing and what was found. Beyond the scheduled service call, Christian identified some issues that needed attention – but there was no high pressure upsell or need to action immediately. Nothing urgent but well explained in order to make an appropriate decision to proceed. So much better than the high pressure and exorbitant recommendations from past inspections of the same equipment that clearly were not needed.

Christian wound up taking more time than planned on his previous job but still showed up ready to work. He meticulously went through his maintenance steps making sure we understood what he was doing and showing us the proper way to do owner operations to improve the lifetime of our HVAC system.
