Silicon Valley Comfort

I have an AC unit on life support but it still works . John came over to see what he could do to extend its use. This is a follow-up effort whereby the first one had misunderstandings by both parties. Due to this John went out of his way to work on the AC at no charge. This was not expected, but John wished to make things right for a customer. I REALLY appreciate what he did for me. I am sure I will be in contact with SVC for further AC support in the future.

Awesome crew! Johnathan came right away, although it was past 1 AM, and fixed our AC in 30 min during a heatwave. We definitely have a new HVAC company.
