This company did a great job installing my new and needed AC unit. I had an old unit from the 80s and I thought there was gonna be problems but everything went together quickly without any major problems. I am so thankful for the installers as they were very professional and did an excellent job! They even took the time to create a level foundation to my sinking slab. Thank you so much for everything!

Yes, it took several weeks, many phone calls to finally get my AC repaired (through my home warranty company), but surprisingly I wasn’t mad at Givo, the owner of the company. The process was long but also I get to know him and his family better. They are hard working and take pride in what they do. It was joyful to work with them and I will no doubt reach them again for future home needs.

Govargiz Najarian from G and M fixed my A/C. Got appt day of calling. He called before he came. They sent text amd email confirmation. He put the shoe covers on each time he came inside. Cleaned up any mess. Worked fast and thorough.

In Dec 2022, my central heater turns on for a few minutes but then turns off. even once I move the knob to "heat" the heater doesn't turn on. I hired this company through Choice Home Warranty referral/assignment. They charged me a $65 diagnosis fee and claimed that no mechanical failures and advised there are no repairs needed or recommended at this time. I transfer the payment via Venmo and they refused to provide a receipt. He kept saying I need to ask for the receipt from Home Warranty which is not correct. G&M charged me for a service call, I paid G&M, so G&M needs to provide a receipt/invoice. Not sure if they just want to avoid tax or something.

When I was back from the Christmas holiday, the heater still does not work with the same issue as before. I reported it to the Home Warranty as well as text the technician. He did not come on-site at all and simply told the HW that my damper motor requires replacement which will cost a few hundred. The HW said the damper motor is out of HW coverage which I understand. But how did he conclude the issue without taking a look at the issue on-site?

Thus, I found another experienced technician recommended by my friend. After I described the issue via the phone, the other technician said: this is a pretty common issue, you just need to replace the filter and it should be resolved. Because your filter probably is dirty and blocked the air outflow, the system is overheat and turns off automatically as a fail-safe. I replaced the filter in Jan and everything works very well till now. I recently did a home inspection and my central AC has no issues at all.

If G&M is not capable to diagnose the root cause and solve the issue, they should not report a false diagnosis without being on-site and still charge me a $65 fee without a single invoice. Don't hire this company!

Givo was very throughand helpful in helping us fix our AC system. He also gave us good suggestions to look out for and avoid further problems. The company was also very helpful in rescheduling our appointment for a later date.

Govargiz Najarian did a phenomenal job! My heater wasn’t working, and he diagnosed the issue (malfunctioning thermostat) and replaced it with a new thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him!!

Our air conditioning conked off during the current heat wave. the temperature was close to 110 degrees. It was unbearably hot and very uncomfortable in the home. G&M came to the rescue. Despite their fully booked calendar, they managed to come to my house around 7 pm on the sane day. The technician Jaime was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and within one hour my AC was up and running. Highly professional and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs.

My guest bathroom had a ruptured pipe that caused excessive damage. I was very fortunate to find Givo and Armir, partners of G&M General Contractors. Both are extremely professional and honest, and made me feel like I was ‘the’ client with their daily detailed attention in all phases of my remodel project. Their quote was very reasonable, and they ensured that the job would be completed on time and to my satisfaction. Givo was on site every day, monitoring and informing me on progress to completion. Admir would occasionaly call and visit the site to ensure that I was satisfied with the on-going progress. They had an excellent crew headed by foreman Isidro who always provided insightful advice and recommendations, and ensured quality workmanship.
Givo and Admir are exemplary professionals who deliver a FIVE STAR Performance. I would highly recommend G&M Contractors.
