Frank Cichetti came to assess our water heater. It needed to be replaced although it wasn’t old. His time and expertise were much appreciated in diagnosing a water pressure issue that was effecting all our appliances.

Javier and Erick showed up promptly, removed all the substandard strapping and piping replacing it in a way that makes you realize the importance of having things done right. The quality and workmanship was exceptional. On top of all that the quote for the work was competitive. Highly recommend Cabrillo plumbing. High quality, extremely knowledgeable and a good price.

I woke up standing water and a smell you don't want to smell. I called Cabrillo and they had someone over in 30 minutes. They fixed the clog and added new pipes to the sink. Todd and Matt were on time, clean, professional, and kept me posted on what was going on and how to proceed. We also used Rob for all new plumbing in our 1936 SF Sunset home. I love the fact that we can now take a shower with good flow and with other appliances running. Rob was amazing and plumbing job even looks beautiful. Call Cabrillo for all your plumbing needs. this was for my work location, and we've used Cabrillo for years, and for good reason. They were very flexible when we cancelled and needed to be added back in for an appointment. Friendly office folks and friendly repair folks. I hope we don't have any more issues, but we are a business, so we will see them again.

We had a sluggish kitchen sink that Todd took care of promptly and expertly. He was on time, cordial and efficient. He cleaned up the work area thoroughly. We're also planning to replace two toilets. Todd took measurements and checked in with the office to see if the model we were interested was available. We'll definitely use Cabrillo (and hopefully Todd) for installation.

I entered my garage and found sewage in half of my garage. I started to panic and stopped using my toilets and showers. I called my trusted plumbers at Cabrillo Plumbing. They scheduled an appointment immediately which calmed me down. Erick and Javier came out the next morning, troubleshooted the issue, and more importantly, RESOLVED the issue! Erick described the issues and shared the fixes!! He showed me the exact issue using a sewer line camera (a screw and tree root were in my pipe which caused blockage, see picture). He is super professional and friendly!! If you're reading my review, stop here, stop yelping and call Cabrillo plumbing if you want your problems FIXED!!
