They quoted me literally $13,000 to replace an old tankless water heater. A different plumber charged $3,500 for the same new appliance and custom fitting.

Did good work but was insanely expensive. They carried my new dishwasher up a floor, installed it, and removed my old one. All in it was around $1200! I only went along with it bc I was surprising my wife that evening and wanted to just check it off my list. Nice people but prob wouldn’t use again

I appreciate the text updates for arrival times and photos of technicians with background info. Robert arrived exactly on time, scheduled a timely replacement of the 30 yr old wall heater and checked to make sure it was in stock. Cabrillo sends updates and was able to move the install date a week sooner. Installation was right on time, well within the given time window, cleaned up afterwards and made sure heater was working before they left. Installers went above and beyond to make sure all openings around exterior gas lines to the heater were closed off with sheet metal and caulk, even to the heater in another flat. Would definitely recommend.

Brian and Fernando went above and beyond to ensure that our drain was completely clean after a clogged pipe. I would absolutely request their services again in the future.

Dave was wonderful in returning to my home following a job on Monday when an unrelated plumbing issue arose that I mistakenly thought was related to his inspection. Even though it turned out not to be, he helped me with my issue and was kind and courteous throughout. A failing water heater and Cabrillo was ready to step in immediately and diagnose the problem. Before moving to replace, Cabrillo thorough investigated to ensure the signs of leakage were not from exhaust draft issues. Ultimately it appeared to be a tank pinhole requiring heater replacement. Brian and Steve were highly efficient and professional, ready to handle all the components in the system that also required replacement. Back up and running in six hours. Bills in San Francisco are never modest, yet Cabrillo provides great value and the best professionals out there.
