Always happy with everyone from Cabrillo. We’ve had Dave come before to deal with our house’s incredibly old and stupid plumbing. He solved the newest problem with our sinks/toilets/drains. And as an added bonus he repaired something my “do-it-yourself expertise” had done wrong. If I could do 6 stars I would.

We’ve used cabrillo heating & plumbing for over a year now. They are very efficient, professional, and on time. We call them to fix the work that other contractors/services have been done incorrectly. They do it right the first time! They identified a heating duct issue where the previous contractors tapped into the return instead of the heating ducts. When they do the water heater and heater maintenance they do a thorough job. I highly recommend them for all plumbing and heating repairs or needs!

We ended up not using Cabrillo, but Rob was amazing during the estimate. He was thorough in explaining everything they would do during our estimate appointment. Very informative. Unfortunately, the their bid to replace our furnace was more than double what 2 other companies bids came in at.

Brian Bufford, our plumber, provided us excellent service. He arrived as scheduled and was very professional. He explained the problem and fixed the problem in a timely and efficient manner. He conducted a thorough inspection of our gas lines and made a recommendation for corrective action. He and his crew did an excellent job at replacing our gas pipes. After leaving the job it was brought to our attention by the gas company that hot water tank gas connection needed repair. Brian promptly repaired the connection. We are very pleased with the service provided by Brian and Cabrillo Plumbing. We highly recommend this business.

My wall heater unit wasn't working. I called Cabrillo and they were able to set me up for a technician evaluation in short notice. Robert was on time and very professional. Unfortunately my very old heating unit was irreparable, but Robert was able to quickly order a new unit and returned within a few days to install it. He and his partner came right on time and worked quickly and efficiently to install a new unit, which is working great. Would highly recommend their services.

Erick was a long-time employee of CABRILLO as are most of their employees I gather. Erick was recently part of the team installing an HVAC system and MiniSplit system in my home. As 95% of the work was done on the first floor of my home, we passed each other all day long. Erick was so patient, a true gentleman. I enjoyed our short conversations over the week he was here. He and all the installers were so kind to let me know what was happening at each phase of the installation. He answered my many questions clearly and informatively. He and the team consciously cleaned up every day and stored supplies so that I could bring my car into the garage every night. Erick and Daniel both worked closely with my neighbor to create parking spaces on the street for my car and the company truck. I overheard many conversations between Cabrillo's employees. They always seemed to have respect for each other and me. No arguments and much confirming with each other. They all wanted to do their best work and it showed in their actions. I so appreciate having worked with a company that has actual morals and a high standard for their work and the treatment of customers as well as their employees and subcontractors. I had full trust and faith in CABRILLO. If you have a small or large job, I believe you can't do better than calling CABRILLO. You cancelled my job after we waited to get appointment scheduled, spent our time detailing the work, and had an expectation of a professional proposal. Instead a phone call saying you didn’t have time for the job. Terrible.

Robert Burkett and his crew replaced our 75 gallon, high-recovery hot water heater with same-day service. We have used Cabrillo Plumbing and Heating for twenty years, and have found their technicians are always courteous, professional, and on time.

I had an installation of a high efficiency gas water heater by Bryan and Fernando. I couldn’t have ask for more efficient technicians. First of all, they were on time, went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions.
