Triton Air

We use Triton for maintenance, repairs and just went through a replacement - very professional, responsive, gave us options to consider and discussed each with us. While expensive to replace an entire HVAC system (ours was 25+ years old), feel like we paid a fair price. Too there were a couple of "supply chain" glitches and they made it right. Highly recommend them.

Update 6/19/23. Jose & Marvin successfully installed a new furnace. I've been with Triton Air since 2012 when Jose installed my central AC System. Today, Jose and Marvin did impeccable work. Thank you!

Triton Air tech Kevin just serviced the furnace and AC unit (AC installed in 2012 by Triton). Kevin is a true professional, extremely safe (COVID protocol) and thoughtful (shoe covers). Triton is fortunate to have Kevin, he answered all questions and asked repeatedly if there was anything else we needed. Thank you Kevin, your service is important because it gives me confidence that my family will have quality of life through cold nights or hot days.

The heater/ac unit I purchased through Triton Air has been the best money I ever spent. And signing up for the twice a year annual maintenance has kept my equipment in good working order.
My first of this year AC/Heating maintenance was just completed. Excellent work by my technician who was on time, clean, informative, and thorough. Love Triton Air!

Paolo was tech. I Called on a Saturday, (emergency time and costs) Sent e-mail on line and rec'd return call in less than 5 minutes. Was called again by tech to advise 15 minutes away. Prompt!! Neat, professional and polite. Discovered problem immediately and continued to check heater for any other problems Best service ever. Also advised me of a future problem to take of care before next season. I will use them again for sure.

Installer was efficient and professional. Work was done and he left the house as neat as he found it. During sales presentation we were told that they will fine tune air flows to balance the system. The installation crew did not have the equipment needed for that, but another installer came a few days later and adjusted airflows and fully tested Heat and Air to our satisfaction. He answered all of our questions and did not leave until we were fully satisfied with the new system.

Triton installers showed up on time, completed the installation in a timely manner, were pleasant and informative, and cleaned up the garage perfectly. What more can one ask? Excellent service from all Triton employees.

Kevin was so friendly and easy to talk to throughout the repair process. He kept me in the loop the whole way and tried his best to explain thing simply to me so I can understand. Triton Air has been great the handful of times I have called upon them for service, never been disappointed!

Excellent service, Frankie was friendly and knew the issue right away. Got our system up and running in no time. Highly recommend them, will be definitely be using them again no doubt about that.
