What an amazing over two thousand five-star reviews! This is enough for us to make decisions with Triton Air for our Heat Pump system.

After installation, we give ours 5 star satisfation on Google to share and to show our appreciation. Especially thanks to project advisor Charlie who is very professional and knowledgeable, Leslie, the Leo installation team, Steve, Diego, the Oscar installation team, Aaron, and the upper management behind them.

The team was a 10+. Jack the sales rep was persistent, thorough, transparent and honest. Stephanie who coordinated the installation was cheerful, clear and detailed in her communications.

The team led by Luis which included Omar, Dana, Joe and Tio exceeded all expectations. In todays world of Snowflakes who don’t want to work it was an honor to watch these MEN perform their trade. From the moment they stepped foot on my property, to the time they left these men represented Triton Air in the most professional manner possible. Hats off to everyone at Triton Air!

What a Team! The whole transaction from the time at Costco to schedule a estimate to the installation was a 15 out of a 10!. Complete professionals every step of the way. Cesar and Louis were the best technicians. They took the time to explain their work, gave a high level of attention to the detail of their work, took complete care of my home throughout the process and the final testing was very detailed. I cannot say enough and it is worth your time to take a close look at the Triton team!. Number one in customer experience. Fantastic experience for a second time. We used Triton Air several years ago to replace our HVAC for our upstairs. This time we updated the A/C for downstairs. Free estimate was timely and easy. Installation employees were on time, described the process and worked efficiently to finish early. Tim, Kevin and Dana were extremely professional, hard working and friendly. I highly recommend Triton Air.

Team Triton (Teo, Kevin, Juan and Kyle) did a good job in installing our new AC. They were on time and finished the job earlier than expected. They cleaned the place after installation.

we had Frankie come to our home and give our air conditioning/heat pump and an inspection. I honestly can’t say enough about Triton and their top-notch customer service. This is not the first time we’ve experienced this. About a year ago we had Charlie come out to our home. It seems like all your employees are, very happy employees. They are very kind knowledgeable easy to talk to you and good listeners. They explain the system and their recommendations. Very easy to understand. Very personable.

First I want to compliment Kirk Who came out first at our request to check out our heating & air conditioner. It turned out our air conditioner had frozen. He explained the problem gave us an estimate to repair or replace. After his detailed explanation we chose replace. His knowledge & professionalism were both exceptional & he is an asset to Triton!

Today the installers arrived promptly when expected, explained every step of what they were doing & got to work. Once again they could not have been more knowledgeable or professional. Luis & his other two team members exceeded my expectations., got the job done, cleaned up after themselves & are also assets to Triton! I cannot believe the level of customer service they provide!!!

José, Josiah, and Marvin came out to install our new heat pump. Overall the team was professional and friendly. They called ahead to give us estimated arrival and showed up on time. They went through the work and made sure our questions were answered. The team was efficient and thorough. Would definitely recommend them to people who are looking for HVAC need!

Thank you to Triton Air. We had our old A/C replaced recently. Starting with my first phone call to them to the various personnel I spoke to, all were very polite and knowledgeable. Shout out also to our 2 installers Oscar and Josiah who arrived in a timely matter day of installation. They were very polite and seemed to work well with each other and cleaned up after. Since I interacted more with Oscar, I could tell he was very detail oriented in his work and was very helpful taking time to go over instructions with our new thermostat and App. Both were nice, hardworking young men and should be proud of their work.
