Was having trouble with my thermostat on my Air Conditioner not working properly lately and not being able to connect to it with my phone. Kirk showed up right on time and found that the thermostat wasn’t working correctly and replaced it under warranty. Great job and now working properly again.

Triton Air are the best for HVAC hands down. Andrew was great, he showed up on time and knew all of the details of our system and got us tuned up for the summer. Highly recommend!

I had a great & positive experience with Triton Air! Tech (Armando R.) arrived on time; he was professional and courteous. I had heating issues that were reported by my tenant. I provided him some background of what the issue was, and some history of the overall installation and related systems. He proceeded to troubleshoot and diagnose. He went ahead and verified that the system was working properly one aspect at a time and during that process, was able to resolve the underlying issue. 5 star for the overall experience!

Pleasure doing business with Triton! Nice to know there are still companies that are fair, honest and customer oriented. Excellent in all respects, sales (john) techs, office support! I highly recommend this company to anyone. Replaced my entire system, special shout out to Jose, Leo, Jeremy and Dana who did the installation. My only gripe is that you sent them out on the worst possible day with heavy rain. I would have rather had them come out at a better time but the office staff made it sound like it was no big deal. I have had to work in bad conditions but if i could have avoided it , i would do so. Though the techs did not complain, but that bad weather scheduling should be avoided unless they volunteer. I think this would make for happier employees, or they should get some type of compensation for working in atrocious conditions. My wife and I really felt bad for the guys. Keeping employees happy makes for a good company, and Triton appears to be a great company. I would recommend you folks to anyone who is in need of HVAC work of any kind.

The Technician was very professional and polite. He did a thorough inspection of the system and asked me if I had any concerns. He explained clearly any question I had. He also checked the ducts in the attic. When he was done he let me know what may be coming later with the unit, and how to know when the part may be on its way out. This is good to know so I can plan accordingly.

Edgar was very friendly. He explained the complete process, checked everything, provided recommendations and also informed about the various maintenance plans. I am very satisfied with Edgar's work and would recommend Triton Air for their HVAC check up. Thank you

We give Triton Air our highest recommendation. After seeing other reviews we contacted them and started with our salesperson Jack who gave us a thorough explanation and plan for the process. Oscar came out to figure out the details and create a plan for how to install ac onto our existing furnace and ductwork. Then came our installers Tim and Juan Carlos. They were extremely knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. They set up everything perfectly for us. We recommend triton air for your ac needs.

I initially contacted Triton to have my furnace repaired. After assessing what was needed for repairs the technician provided me with a detailed list of items to be replaced. Since the system is 25 years old, I thought it made sense to have it replaced. In no way did he try to influence my decision, which I really appreciated.
A few days later two very professional and polite installers put in the new furnace. So far I’m very happy with the service provided by Triton.

Armando was very professional and respectful. He took time to help me understand what was causing my heater to stop working. My house is cozy warm and the air circulation is better than ever! I was fairly charged for his visit and am 100% satisfied!
