Technician Louie was on time and notified me when he was on the way. He thoroughly checked all vents inside for temperature and air flow. Looked at HVAC filter and all drains. Serviced AC system and recommend part replacement. Excellent customer service, neat and efficient.

My wife and I were very impressed and pleased with Tim and Omar from Triton Air and the work they did replacing our heater. Very professional, polite, clean, and hard-working. They did a great job! After working all day to replace the unit, Tim explained everything to me. He even crawled into our attic to inspect the ducting (something that was not in the original estimate) and repaired a section that had been damaged. Thanks, Tim! Thanks also to Jack, the sales rep who originally came out to our house, for your honesty and forthrightness (and for answering my phone call even on Christmas Eve!). And the estimate was one of the lowest that we received. Great value! Working with Triton Air was a great experience for us. Thanks.

The folks at Triton did a great job. They took the time to answer all our questions, have been very responsive through the whole process and the install day was a breeze...everything looks great and nice and clean They partner with Costco and that really made them stand out on price too.
