Triton Air

Triton installed our unit last year and it was a wonderful experience. This week we had a little fritz, but they sent someone out right away. Kirk was great! He was so responsive and made the small repair. Highly recommend Kirk and Triton.

Replaced Furnace with NEW 4-Ton Heat Pump, Quiet <60dB system, with high quality air purifier air exchanger. Jeremy and Juan Carlos were EXCELLENT! Attentive to details and aesthetics. Quality workmanship, quality products, completely tested and ran diagnostics on new WiFi thermostat. What was installed works like night and day over our existing system. It appears as though we have made a GREAT decision. They work with COSTCO too, so that works for me. I cannot say enough good about Tritan Air sales and installation.

This installation was fantastic. As easy as we could have wished for. Every person we worked with has been gracious and addressed any topic or question. We never had a problem.

Our installers, Tim, Jeremy, Kevin, and Dana were all polite, clean, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. They always contacted us and were on time.

Office staff including Sally, Stephanie, Nick and Jack were professional, quick to respond, and addressed all questions. Again, never a problem or even a concern.

The reason I am mentioning them by name is because they always introduced themselves and I remember them all. How often does that happen?!

We had heating and air conditioning systems installed. The Leo and his team were on time, professional, polite, knowledgeable and clean. They communicated well as to what they would be doing and what they needed access to. They were good problem solvers when something didn’t fit properly. Leo and his team worked hard and made sure everything worked properly before they left. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned everything up after they finished.

Figured it was a good time to get my A/C unit a check up/maintenance visit before the hot weather starts. Triton offered a special for $59 which was a super great deal!! Joey and his partner showed up on time (they even contacted me a few times to keep me posted as to their expected arrival time) and were very polite and professional. They cleaned the air vent, tested the A/C unit and even cleaned the outdoor unit. They also took photos for my records. Couldn’t be happier with Triton!! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them from here on out!!! Thanks Triton and Joey!!!

Oscar from Triton AIR came out today to finish electrical for our HVAC. He also did air balance for us. In previous appointments, they did all the ducting for our new room addition, relocated our condenser, and fixed mistakes that previous installers from a different company made when installing the heater in the attic. Our air conditioning has never worked better. Great airflow throughout the house, very clean work, they arrived on time, and were very honest about what we needed to do verse what was not needed but recommended. They did not try to overcharge us or do I need to work. They gave us great recommendations that we needed to change but not entirely needed at this time. Which I was really grateful for considering we have a lot of other stuff to pay for with this house build. We really appreciate Triton AIR, and they will forever have our business. Thank you for being a very honest and fair business with good prices.

Triton installed a new heat pump for me. Installers were courteous, on time, respected my property, answered all my questions, and completed a very neat and professional installation as promised. I’m very satisfied and don’t hesitate to recommend Triton if you need any HVAC work in the future.

The Triton team could not have done a better job from purchase thru installation. All of my questions and concerns were answered in a timely and professional manner. The installation team showed up right on team and didn’t leave until they were sure the equipment was working correctly and all questions I had were answered.
