Triton Air

Tim, Jeremy and Dana were an awesome team! They got along well together and so it felt like they were more productive than most teams.

They all covered one another and made sure no stone was left unturned in the process of replacing my air conditioning and heating system.

They also had great product knowledge!

They went above and beyond...I will mention just a few instances that I recall:

1) Jeremy found a small gas leak in my water heater exhaust pipe and taped it for me free of charge. They were not there to do this but once he found it, he did it anyway!

2) It took them a little longer because Tim went up in my attic to troubleshoot why my living room and kitchen air flow were not as strong as the rest of the house. After that despite it being after 4PM with an approximate 3PM-4PM scheduled finish time, Tim and Jeremy stayed until the thermostat app for the new thermostat on my phone was active and working...they also made sure that my system name and information was all included and up and running on the new thermostat.

3) Tim, Jeremy and Dana explained and answered any and all questions that I had about anything in regards to the new system, etc.

In short, they did the big and the little things...which is rare in today's world. I'm very thankful to have such a customer focused team. Triton Air is who I will call and refer for future jobs!

PS I had a slight issue wasn't sure if this was part of their install, dryer vent seemed to need maintenance, over the weekend about four months later and called them. They came out same day and referred me to the appropriate professional to clean my dryer vent. This company is my favorite! The staff including Eric and Sthefany are second to none.

Armando did a great job! He was quick and had a solution to our heating problem! Ten stars! I highly recommend and will use Triton again!

The installers were very professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing, worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards to the point you can't tell any work has been done unless you see the new AC unit outside. Truly satisfied with Triton service from beginning to end.

Good experience all around. Sales were consistent and professional w/o being pushy and I looked for a lot of information. They just kept getting it to me. Installation was great, on time, great guys, kept me informed, kept things clean. Great job.

I could not be more happy with my experience with Triton Air. Today 3 techs arrived and installed two forced air heating furnaces in my home. They arrived on-time and were very respectful. They were also informative about the operation of the systems and answered all of our questions. The techs were Teo, Omar and Marvin. Triton Air should be proud about the way each represented the company. A couple of years ago Triton Air installed two air conditioner condensers at my home and the service techs once again were outstanding. Great Company!!

Jeremy and Erin installed a new furnace May 12. They were right on time: explained what they would be doing; covered the floor with protection; were very courteous; efficient; and respectful, did a great job and were quicker then we expected. All is working well!

Recently called Triton to repair my gas furnace because the burners wouldnt stay on. They were able to come out within 48hrs and took time to inspect the whole system but discovered that condensation had destroyed the circuit board. The tech discussed my options with me, none of which were great, but he explained everything clearly and gave me the costs and in the end I decided to buy a new furnace thru them. I believe they gave me a relatively good price for a high efficiency furnace and they were able to come install it a few days later. The installers were nice and finished rather quickly and again explained everything to me. Both the first technician and the installers took pictures in places I couldnt get so they could show me what they were seeing. Also the price they quoted me was the price I was charged and they give a 3 year warranty on their labor in addition to the warranty on the furnace itself. I would definitely recommend them.

Charlie was just outstanding. He answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. We were so impressed by his knowledge as well as his ability to convey the information in a very user-friendly manner. Triton Air and Charlie Rutkowski are top quality all the way.
