Troy was great to work with and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He showed me a potential long range problem, and we figured out why it was happening, and how it could be remedied in the future. Definitely be using Triton Air again.

Triton Air was excellent, start to finish. On every visit to our house they have been on time, their staff texted a picture of who was on the way (nice personal touch). We needed a completed upgrade to our HVAC. Their scoping and proposal was thorough and complete (thanks for answering all our questions, Jack!). The project team led by JT with an assist by Richard executed flawlessly. They were not the lowest bidder, but they were the best and worth the difference. You’ve got a good thing going, Triton Air!

We have been a customer of Triton Air for many years. By utilizing their maintenance program we have able to get quite a few additional years out of our AC and furnace before eventually having to (bite the bullet) and replace them. Their technicians have all been first rate. They hire good people that show up on time, do a good job of protecting the work area and are pleasant to deal with. Special kudos to Jose & Omar for the great job they did today installing our new furnace.

Kevin’s communication was excellent prior to his arrival, during and after completing repair. He was also professional and very knowledgeable relative to the repair. He also offered short and long term recommendations related to heater repair. All and all I was very satisfied with the results.

We chose Triton air to install our heat pump and we’re impressed by them from the first phone call. They provided a fair bid for quality product and service. Our install team (Scott, Leo, Tim, Kevin, and Emilio) we’re all extremely professional and knowledgeable. We could barely even tell they were at the house and completed the job as scheduled and on time.

We had our furnace and a/c systems scheduled for a maintenance visit by Triton Air. The technician, Reign, did an amazing job communicating everything and explaining what needed to be done to keep our furnace and A/C units running in tip top shape. He arrived on time after I received a text message with an introduction and photo. I am very happy with today’s service and I feel confident our system is running smoothly with preventative maintenance. Overall, the company’s procedures and service provider are top notch. Will definitely do business with Triton Air in the future. Thank you!

I am returning customer. I asked for the same team who upgraded my Heating and AC. Scott and Leo returned to my home and replaced the HVAC duct. They did a tremendous job! Upon completion we noticed improved air flow. The kids are happy and the wife is happy. We look forward to the summer months and putting the AC to work. Thanks again to Triton and their team!

Luis arrived he was personable and explained what was going to take place and also gave me options to help my system work more efficiently. Which I felt comfortable adding to my service. I would definitely recommend Triton, as my experience since 2020 has been extremely positive.

The Triton Air Technician, Armando R. was very professional and courteous. He called ahead of his arrival time to let me know he was on his way. Armando was very knowledgeable and informed me of everything he was doing. Outstanding service. I feel very confident with the services provided.

Stu was very insightful on ideas to fix an issue where smoke from our condo neighbors is coming through our walls. He was very thorough in giving ideas and solutions to the problem which is exactly what we wanted, and presented different options based on cost and complexity. He spent over an hour looking through our air vents and double checking the geometry of what was going on in our very tight and inaccessible ventilation system.
