Louie arrived as scheduled. Explained everything completely and recommended a cleaning of the unit. Showed me the dirt and leaf build up in the unit and explained possible problems the build up could cause. Completed the cleaning. He was very professional and explained all his process’s.

Triton finished complete HVAC system replacement for my condo including ductwork. Everyone I interacted with from the office, sales, and installation was top notch. They did what they said they would do and communicated every step throughout the process. They completed the job ahead of schedule, and the system works great.

Louie was our tech. He was very professional, thorough, and clean. He did a great job.

Called Triton Air to get our furnace serviced because our furnace would not ‘turn over’

When my tenant's heating system stopped working a week before Christmas, I called Triton Air. This is my 5th time using their services. Despite them being booked up, Sally went back and forth with the schedule and managed to get me an appointment. The heating system at this place is quite old, so I was expecting to hear that the system has to be completely replaced; but, Kevin, the technician was able to fix the pump in about an hour without replacing it which would have been a big expense for me during the holidays. I am very thankful for Kevin's honesty, integrity and excellent technical abilities. Triton Air is a great company with a great team of helpful individuals.

Triton Air and their employees, Steve Frye and Martin Sanchez we’re nothing but the very best! They provided above and beyond services. They were professional, efficient, and product knowledgable! Steve even fixed my smoke detector/fire alarm inside the house. At one point, I was bringing in my trash cans and stepped in dog poop. Steve offered me an antibacterial wipe and went as far as to wipe my shoe off!! We had the exposed installation materials and lose wires and he and Marvin fixed it all. It looks 1000% better and it’s much more safe! I am recommending them a million times over to friends, co-workers, and anyone who will listen!! Thanks Triton Air!

We use this company to service our HVAC system and have had a positive experience. Today, a different person came to quote on replacing some of the ducts, as suggested by the technician last week. We were very disappointed that he didn't know why he was at our home, especially since the technician took photos and told the scheduler what we needed. He seemed very disappointed we didn't need a new HVAC system. We think the quote is extremely high so we will be getting one from another company.
