Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air

On the first day of the hottest part of June our ac went out in the middle of the night.
We were literally sweating it thinking the worst. Ace Plumbing, heating and air is there for all, 24/7... Incredible...Sure enough they sent Dennis who figured out the problem in no time at all, had the part on hand and installed it to our great relief. Lucky us...Thanks Dennis...truly appreciated...

I came home from out of town to no hot water. Don't know about you, but I quickly realized I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HOT WATER. I remembered a review I had read recently about ACE Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Service...specifically Laird Latko. Laird was awesome from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, professional, well everything I could have wanted from a technician. Laird not only worked on my problem, but also talked to tech support (who had a strong Southern accent - lol) for a long time. If you ever need plumbing, heating and air conditioning service, please get on the phone and call ACE. You will be so glad you did. Sounds from the other reviews I read here they have a lot of wonderful employees, but my recommendation is to ask for Laird who has 30+ years of experience. Thanks Laird - you are the best.

We are very thankful for Jeremy. He came out on Labor Day to fix our A/C unit. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose and solve the problem with our air conditioner.

My hot water heater gave out overnight. I called Ace and they sent out their tech, Joe Bailey, right away. Joe was very knowledgable and helpful in every way. He was able to answer my questions in a way that I understood which is a rare ability. Joe impressed me as the kind of employee that any employer would value.

So, I figured out who to ask for when you call ACE Plumbing. The guy's name is Laird. Looks and speaks like Vin Diesel's older brother. He has been at it 30 years....a master plumber. When my (not my neighbor's) tankless unit went down a day after my neighbor's nightmare, Laird got the assignment. He stuck to the job, kicked butt on the machine, stayed on the phone with tech support and their engineers forever, got parts ordered, then found some locally and came back that night to give my family hot showers again!

This guy rocks, so ask for him. The other guy from the other review is a nit-wit, but do not know his name. Just get Laird.

Fixed a broken pipe in the main sewer line and out in a new clean out .

I had a shower drain clog up some where in the pipes under the house. Called 2 companys will not be out there the next day. Called Ace Plumbing and they said be out there in 2 hours. Even beter I said, Knock on the door in 30 mins ? It was Joe Bailey the technicion . Very cool guy, was DONE !! in lest then 30 mins This was afer 5:00 PM Fast and Clean . THANKS Joe B. !!!!!

The tech I had, gave me a $1637.50 estimate to replace my hot water heater, when the reason why the burners wouldn't ignite was because the electrical wire connector was loose and the tech didn't notice it. When I noticed the loose wire after the tech left I called the company for a refund on my $79 service call charge. The manager, Scott, did apologize for the wire being overlooked and refunded the service call charge made on my credit card. He even sent me a $100 voucher to be used on any upcoming call or service.

Didnt try to diagnose problem ,went right to up sale which was twice as much as 2 other plumbers. Complained about not getting paid for service call. Didnt even attempt to light pilot and see if it worked.

I highly recommend Bruce from Ace Plumbing. His quick response, timely arrival, and effective work resulted in a clearance of our sewer drain blockage. My husband and I will definitely contact Ace in the future and ask for Bruce.
