The Deal Mechanical Team has provided faulty installation of my unit and continues to claim it is working properly and that it is all secondary to dirty air filters. Today I was reminded that heat rises as an excuse for my top floor being 90 degrees and my second floor consistently 68 degrees F. I replace filters every 3 months and the unit continues to not produce cool air. Numerous homes in my neighborhood have had the issue corrected by other companies. Deal has been out to service my unit many times and have failed to correct it at each occasion. Once they identified an incorrectly installed component and replaced this to leave the unit leaking through my ceiling. All of this has still not resolved the issue that the unit does not cool. Please don't purchase a home with AC installed by Deal Mechanical. Bardis Homes and Deal Mechanical are unwilling to provide support. They send someone out to "fix it" until your warranty has expired and then claim that it cannot have been an installation problem. 0/10 do not recommend.

These guys are amazing! Our A C went out and could not be fixed. I was spraying water on my 91 yr mom to try and keep her cool. These guys came right out and installed a new one the next day! They came to our rescue when no one else would. They were extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond and
I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
