Problem resolved during initial visit. Martin was polite and professional during visit. He thoroughly showed and explained the issue. Will definitely call Ace again when needed in the future.

Augus 1, 2014, I called Ace Plumbing and repair around 8:30ish and advised them my air conditioner unit was out since yesterday July 31, 2014. I requested if a technician could come out today and the representative said yes she could have someone out between 9am and 10am. I received a call from the technician Dennis at 9:45am letting me know he would be at my residence at 10am and he was. Dennis detected and ran diagnostics right away and resolved the issue in no time, he replaced the part right away and was on his merry way. I will be following up for a maintenance agreement soon.

I called on a Friday evening for help with a commercial tankless water heater at an apartment building. Tony showed up when he said he would and quickly assessed a problem that another Ace plumber could help with more, so he and Bret switched jobs and when Bret arrived he improvised a solution on the spot that enabled the tenants to have hot water that night, even though there was a long term problem. Bret was efficient, courteous, and completely professional.

I had them come to fix my AC, after the $80 inspection the capacitor needed to be changed. After a quick search I found the capacitor at my local Walmart for $8 ready for pick up, I was charged $203 for the same part. After speaking with the technician he told me that the extra price covered materials and labor. There were no materials needed, the installation was as easy as changing a light bulb, less than 5 min. If I wanted my part installed another day I was going to be charged $185 for the "visit and labor" and $205 for the part. I called the office and the receptionist told me that she was going to verify that I was charged for the right part, she was gonna look on the "books" if I got the right price and part charged for. BOOKS!!! BOOKS!!!? It is 2017 and your prices are in books? So I had to wait for them to call me back. I'm not gonna tell you how to run your business but maybe if you get the prices on a computer your prices will be the same throughout and make the expierence a little better and QUICKER for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. So you guys charge twice per installation? How is it justified a 40x price increase? The job was done right but I felt that I was taken advantage of.

I had a leaking toilet and BRET PIERSON of ACE PLUMBING came to the rescue. He repaired the toilet and also drained the water heater at my request. He identified the need for new cooper pipes to be installed as rust has impacted the water flow through the home. He provided me with an estmate. Bret was thorough and professional. I have been a customer of Ace over these past years and have an annual service contract with them. I recommend ACE PLUMBING without reservation.

I didn't need any work done. Repair seemed rather simple and the tech (Zack), left it up to me. I've decided to do it myself. There was no charge for the service call. I will call Ace Plumbing again, should I have any plumbing needs. Unable to rate accurately because there was no work done. H Gallegus

Had a backed up kitchen sink and a bevy of friends coming for brunch. I had just moved into this house and didn't know who to call. I called several plumbing companies. Ace was the first to return my call. They sent out Jeff Michael who quickly solved my problem in time for the party! Yeah, Jeff. He also suggested a more permanent cure to help avoid problems in the future. I will definitely be calling him back.

The sink in one bedroom was leaky, I tried to tied it, it was broken, the water ran all over the floor. Friends recommended ACE, Dominic and his partner showed up on time, fixed the sink very professional and quickly. they did great job. Thanks Dominic, otherwise the house has no water tonight.

Joe arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. He assessed the problems and corrected them quickly. The cost was very reasonable and I will definitely use Ace Plumbing again.

ACE was able to send out a tech out my home on the same day on a Saturday. Technician Martin got to my house earlier than expected & went above & beyond to get my furnace working again.
