Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air

I have never been disappointed. I have kept ACE'S magnet "just in case" thru at least 3 moves. I have a warranty on my house but they sent me 3 separate contractors who couldn't/ wouldn't do the job. The last one that was sent to me actually was at my house for less than 5 minutes and determined that I needed a special clean out installed to unclog my sink and my warranty company denied the claim all together! I called ACE because I have used their services for several years at a few different houses and have never been let down. Within less than two hours of my call they sent Adrian out to my house. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He unclogged the sink 3 other contractors couldn't in less than 1 min. Thank you ACE! I wish you were on my warranty panel but it was well worth the additional out of pocket expense.

The experience was wonderful. Late evening plumbing emergency....James came out within an hour of the call to Ace. He was professional, polite, and efficient. He got directly to the task at hand and made sure not only that the work site was cleaned up (he got big kudos from my wife for this) but also that all systems worked. He did not leave until he was convinced that all was well and this was a big plus for me. Any business would be and should be very proud to have James working under their name. Thank you Ace and thank you James.

I had my pipes back up on a Sunday, of course. I was very stressed about emergency plumbing fees. The plumber on call, I wish I remembered his name, was outstanding. He explained how they charged and knew exactly what was wrong just from my description and knew where the clean out was based on my home age and location. Incredible. He came out got to work and fixed it in less than 30 mins and for less than 1/2 the cost I expected.

I have always had a great experience with Ace Plumbing over the years. They have been out for everything from backed up lines to gas leaks. They are always courteous and professional. The most recent experience was when I had a leak under my house and tons of water had collected under there. John and his crew came out and they were awesome! Hopefully I will not need them again soon, but if I do I will definitely call Ace Plumbing.

ACE fit me in quickly to help with my emergency and Jeremy even arrived earlier than expected. He explained to me what he was going to do and he got to work. He was able to quickly solve my plumbing problem. Price was very competitive and exactly as explained to me. I am very happy with the service and glad I found them.

Our AC went out and we have no contacts for AC repair so we googled for contact info. We found great reviews about ACE with a larger than usual number of reviewers so we called. They were fantastic in sending Dennis to evaluate the problem. He was on the job within only one hour of our call. Very nice man and very clear in his explanations and mostly very sincere and he was able to trouble shoot and get the AC back in less than 20 minutes. He has great experience and was able to answer any questions we had as we just purchased the house and needed all the advice we can get. Dennis is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THANK YOU DENNIS. Now we have the best contact in case we need any HVAC or plumbing jobs done. I strongly recommend ACE:)

On Sunday, June 3, 2012, I could hear my a/c unit outside struggling to turn on. I immediately sent an email to Ace Plumbing advising them they could come out on Monday, because I thought I could stand the heat for one day. About 30 minutes after I hit "SEND" on their website, I got a call from Dennis who said he'd be out SUNDAY!!! I was so excited! He asked about the problem and I described it to him and he diagnosed how much it would cost. I was so happy that I could get it fixed today and not worry about the heat!!! Dennis showed up 5 minutes early (how's that for service?), made the repair in less than 45 minutes and we have a/c again!!! Ace Plumbing is great! They fix it quickly and correctly the FIRST time!! I will definitely call them again!!!

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for a backed-up home sewage line. John was professional and thorough. He explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it in a way that was easy to understand for a plumbing know-nothing like me. He also provided an estimate for replacing pipes damaged by roots without being pushy about it, which I appreciate.

I called Ace Plumbing again, because I know I'll get excellent service every time. Yesterday, Dennis arrived promptly on time and performed my yearly air conditioning maintenance. I feel I am now ready for our summer heat. He was courteous, prompt and professional as all employees have been in the past.

We have used Ace Plumbing since we bought our house in 1975 and without exception have always been pleased with their service -- from installing a new sewer line, installing a new toilet and sink faucets, unclogging the kitchen sink a number of times over the years, to replacing a leaking hot water heater this time. Joe Bailey came promptly to replace the water heater, answered all my questions, explained things every step of the way, and shared good information about what we could do to make this water heater last a very long time. Joe is a knowledgeable plumber and I truly appreciate having him do the job. He gave prompt and excellent service and I will specifically request him the next time we need a plumber.
