Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air

We set an appointment for an A/C tuneup appointment. Dennis, the technician that was dispatched and he arrived at 9:40AM - the window of the service call was between 8AM and 10AM. He was very pleasant, better yet, he was extremely thourough in assessing our system. He was open to questions and there was no "upsell" or "doom and gloom" about our 15 year old Lennox system. I am very happy with our decision to use Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. We will continue to use their services to keep our system in tip-top shape.

Needed a leaky garden faucet replaced and the same with a bath fauce and a toilet that kept running randomly. Scheduled quickly, arrived promptly and finished efficiently and clean.

Thanks to Ryan for his professionalism and ability to explain things to me and answer all my questions confidently (also got a quote on a new water heater as ours is aged around 16).

We have had a perennial drainage problem in our house since we moved in 3 years ago. Brad Pierson, our Ace plumber, guided us through the possible options, ranging from a simple snaking out the pipes to a complete re-piping of the house (our house is 63 years old), giving us the pros and cons of each solution. We settled on snaking, followed by a high pressure water treatment to better rid the pipes of debris, and we are happy with the results. Brad was friendly, obviously knew his business, and efficient. We would ask for him the next time we need plumbing help.

I had to replace a broken toilet recently and called Ace Plumbing, I ordered one from Ace and Bret came over and was in and out of the house in less than an hour. Toilet looks and works great. Very good price as well. I will continue to use Ace for all of my future needs

Needed a gas line modification in order to install a new range. Ace Technician James quickly and professionally reconfigured the line to accept the replacement range. On the same service call, James also quickly and professionally cleared a clogged bathtub drain in the adjacent rental. We're very pleased with the responsiveness, quality, and fair price of the work performed.

I had an emergency the other day, when an old water pipe in my yard burst, and I had a torrent of water being sprayed into the air, from an old abandoned sprinkler line. I had the City shut off my water,then I called Ace for two reasons: 1)I had used them before several years ago to do some pipe repair in my bathroom, and 2) because they are local, and I figured they would be much more reasonably-priced than places that advertize heavily, such as Bonney Plumbing.

Lupe came out the same day I called. I explained what was going on, and he quickly assessed the situation, and re-did my faucet so as to eliminate unnecessary T intersections that led to old abandoned pipe. I then asked him if he would have time to fix a leaking shower faucett, and he did. The overall price was very reasonable. Lupe's manner was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Ace Plumbing to anybody who needs professional plumbing done.

Ace Plumbing has installed my new garbage disposal and my new water heater. They are always courteous, provide great service, and do excellent work. They're my go to folks for any plumbing needs.

This review is specifically for technician Joe, who came out to my house today to look at a leak under the sink. While he was here I asked him for advice on replacing drain lines under the house and he gave me a wealth of great information and helpful advice! When I call Ace again I'll definitely ask for Joe!

ACE is great! I have the HVAC maintenance plan and they always remind when a visit is due. They (actually Aaron the Technician) has been to our house every six months to check heating and cooling system and has been a straight arrow when it comes to telling me what's wrong, how to fix, and how to keep my HVAC to live longer. He is da man!
