Hush Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I called for an appointment to repair a.c., they came the same day, saved us from this heat wave. Technician Darren arrived early and didn't take long at all to identify the issue. He is professional and honest. He provided excellent customer service. Good price too. I highly recommend this company. I will use them in the future for sure.

I would 100% recommend Hush Air! All of the staff I dealt with were honest and very forth coming making me feel very comfortable. They helped me by offering me 0% financing for 2 years if needed. I was sent a text message with a photo of the technician that would be coming to provide the estimate 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was patient to answer all my questions. I was advised by technician if Kim knows you have no AC she will do whatever she can to make this happen!! We were facing 107 degree temperatures on the upcoming weekend. Kim managed to fit me in just three days after getting my estimate. The technicians that serviced my home were very friendly, courteous and informative. The left my home clean & free from debris as when they came. Let me say this company is #1 in my book.

We used Hush Air for the first time today and we are very glad that we did. My air conditioning had been out for a week during a heat wave. We had a different company come to service our air conditioning but he tried to up sell us and gave the impression that either the final bill would be very high or we would need a new unit. We told him "thanks but no thanks". We then called Hush Air for a second opinion. Bryan, the technician was professional and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Excellent service. The technician, Darren, arrived exactly when he said he would. He corrected the problem with both units and had the house cooling in a very short amount of time. Would definitely recommend this company, as I will be using them again if I need A/C service.

I could not be happier with my choice using Hush air. This job was a full replacement of two systems as well as relocating some equipment. I really like the fact that they text you to let you know your technician is on the way and a picture of who your technician will be. I asked technician Brian if he wouldn't mind wearing booties while inside and he responded of course no problem.
They were on time and explained what my service would entail. I plan on using them again

I placed a request to have my A/C service. The lady who responded the phone was very cordial. Answer question, and concerns I had. They kept sending me texts, with time and date I should expect arrival of the technician. The tech, arrived, very pleasant. He explained what job he performed on the unit. Very professional. I defenitely will use Hush Air again, and recommend them to my friends.

AC unit was not cooling downstairs. Brian came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the unit. I also had Hush perform regular maintenance on my 2 AC units. Service was great and the price seemed very fair. First impression is that they are honest and fair. I highly recommend the company.

I have been going with Hush Air for the last 10 years. They installed my entire HVAC system. Then, the owner sat down at my kitchen table and hand wrote out the entire deal. He ensured 100% satisfaction and that my inspection would pass, if it didn’t that they would follow through and fix it on the spot. They did not disappoint, my house didn’t pass and they made changes to fix it within 30 minutes.

I have since used them when my dog chewed up my AC, recently, my air conditioner was trying to turn on, but stopping and there was a humming coming out from the air conditioner but the fan wasn’t spinning. They were excellent from the initial phone call, they were able to diagnose the problem on the spot. You won’t find that level of expertise over the phone with other companies, they often have to switch you to a technician 40 minutes later. Remind you, that’s without waiting on a phone transfer and hanging on the phone for 10 minutes.

I called today, Friday morning, going with the company I trust first. They said they were fully booked, but would do the best they could to fit us in. I of course waited (30 minutes) because I trust this company and they got back to me with an appointment. The repairman showed up on time and replaced the capacitor in 20 minutes, he went above and beyond and cleaned out a filter we didn’t even know existed. Thank you Brian, you are truly a life saver for me and my wife and kids.

I was on the way home and he was professional and informative. Thank you Hush Air, you are truly the one company that I trust in California, you dominate the competition. If you don’t trust hush you are making a mistake. Please know I mean all of this, I don’t post reviews on companies hardly ever, but they are worth every letter.
